kiwizig
Is the TechDAS Air Force One the best turntable currently out there? At 75,000 pounds it would want to be! And no I will not be buying one! What are your thoughts? http://www.techdas.jp/analog_01.html

Graham D
My 25 year old Oracle Delphi looks sexier. Not that I am biased of course. Graham.

kiwizig
Apparently it sounds pretty good! To quote Hi-Fi News "It is the most revealing analogue source I have ever heard bar the best examples of open-reel tape"

Tias1553552752
Looks like it should be in a chem lab spinning some test tubes around instead of records. How to make analogue look digital. But it probably sounds pretty damn good.
Ernie1553552694
If there was a mecha of turntables this would be it. Out take from Pacific Rim.

Daddy Dom
A dusting nightmare! Not with Daddy Dom's patent dry-paintbrush method! And yes, I have experimented with different types of bristle to see how it affects the sound*. I've got some matt black spray-paint, I could steampunk that baby in 20 minutes - including prep-time. Cheers, DD (* Warning: possibly a lie.)
guitardude
I'd own one, but them I'm a bit of a fan of that whole Japanese superdeck thing a la Nakamichi, Marantz, Microseiki, Kenwood. Wonder if the price includes the tonearms ?
Guest Guest
Hmm Possibly not with the Graham Arm--I've not heard the TechDAS but listened at length to the Onedorf and Kronos with that arm and I consider it the weak link. The rumour is the TechDAS designer is changing his preference to the German Axiom Arm that should up the ante I feel. Seems also Mr Graham is not the best at service-just read of a customer waiting year for a tonearm lift replacement! Des
