I think the concern from potential buyers is that the bent rear plate would suggest that it's been dropped at some point. Hard too, given the Primaluna build quality. Still, at that kind of money it's potentially a good deal for someone, but if it were me I'd be factoring in the extra dollars to have it professionally looked over.
