Thanks, where do they go on the cartridge? Sorry but no idea

They are positioned at the base of the tone arm where it attaches to the arm board on the plinth.

IC, thanks need to talk to the technician, I was hoping that I could do it myself. What about something like this https://www.analogueseduction.net/origin-live-parts-and-accessories/origin-live-rega-rb-250300600-vta-adjuster.html?

That would be fine or you could just use the one sold by Rega or many others.

Cool,  I’ll try to get one of those the technician gave me a tip, to use a thin mat so I used the one that came on my Zep Deluxe edition and it has improved a bit, tried a couple of torture tracks like Sade Jezabell and The Alan Parsons Project Silence and I, very impressed with the sound quality and I’m convinced that the VTA thingy will improve it.

Thanks for the great advise

Yes a thinner mat will work also. It will change the vta that way. If you already changed the mat you don't have to shim the tonearm also

The problem is still there but it's less than before so I'll get the VTA thingy when I'll have some money
