All original and never missed a beat. I have the original packaging. This has been my best Dac to date. The sound is quite something with the Holo Dac. There is great detail & depth to instruments and vocals are excellent. It has a more realism to the sound over other Dacs I have owned. The Holo Dac just sounds right through the whole range and makes music so relaxing & a joy to listen too.
