ssb102
Hello all, Just wondering who the go-to speaker repair guy is in Sydney? I have a woofer with a cone that's broken away from the spider. Interstate is fine too, if you can recommend someone.
Andre28
Have not yet needed to go, but always had in my mind if I needed to, I would go here (concord) http://www.speakerworks.com.au/ Edit: just saw that it is closed, sorry. Edit 2: Wow I have just read further, the owner passed away in 2016. Edited August 13, 2018 by Andre28

5L15
You can drop your speakers off to Len Wallis, pay the $110 service fee and they will ship them to Speaker Hospital for you. When your speakers are repaired, you just pay the difference.. Simples.. But it depends where you are located in Sydney, Condell Park may be closer than Lane Cove? 5L15
bruceathome
Steven at Silicon Heaven in Castle Hill repaired my Kef subwoofer. Extremely helpful.
ssb102
Thanks for all the help guys, really appreciate it. Ended up repairing the spider myself with a bit of automotive trim adhesive! Worked extremely well. Will probably post a quick howto in the DIY forum.
