Audyssey Multeq App for Denon & Marantz

Just wondering if anybody else is experiencing issues with the app since the April update?

Don't know about the MultiEQ App, by my Remote app has stopped working since the Spotify update earlier in the month.

In that it won't locate the receiver anymore.

Was that the update to Marantz AVR's to fix the spotify problem?

Yep, mine is a Denon, but ever since that update my control app can’t locate the receiver on the network, even with manual entering of the IP address.

all can say thank goodness not relying on any APPs :D 

 

@Rec. 709  have you rung qualifi locally ? they are usually pretty responsive :)

Yep, got in touch yesterday and received an answer this morning. Apparently, it's a bug that's limited to Android and only happens with two subs. 

There will be in an update shortly that will fix the issue. I'm impressed by how quickly Qualifi got onto it and that Sound United already had a fix in the works.

Yep, mine is a Denon, but ever since that update my control app can’t locate the receiver on the network, even with manual entering of the IP address.
Mmmm... may be worth getting in touch with Qualifi.

Apparently it's only affecting Android when you are attempting to EQ two subs. Fix is on the way soon. :)

Have you tried power cycling your router/avr/phone?

many times.......works for a little bit then stops working again.  The only thing that has changed is the app.
