Extra Info:

This Amp needs no introduction.

legendary Sansui amp with plenty of power and controls which u dont find in many modern amps.

great phono stage accompained by loudness and dual muting.

So many filters and tone controls to fine tune your favorite music.

Also to mention how rare these things are going.

This can easily power many hungry speakers and has quite a lot of grunt. I had powered a huge set of floorstanders with no issues watsoever.

All knobs have been lubed and cleaned so there is no static and everything works smooth.

The unit is in really good working and cosmetic condition as you can see from the pics for its age. A few scratches here and there but very minor.

However the face is immaculate.

postage at buyers expense and local pickup is welcomed.

You sure have some nice gear Phil

great Amp I have her little sister AU 5500 one of the nicest styled series and one of the more robust so I'm told, had Skippy go over mine and all original caps remain, replacement considered a sin unless necessary

once you try black its its hard to go back, GLWTS

I sent a AU5900 to Broome recently and well wrapped and double boxed it cost about 60 something I think via Aus post.

Also sent a AU7900 to Bleak City last year and it cost about 45 via Aus post and was well padded and double boxed(the only truly safe way to send anything precious)

7700's are rather yum aren't they and $650 for a machine the Grand Poobah has gone over is pocket change.

Currently listening to a mere AU2900 driving my open baffles and the LP12 with all it's various upgrades.

*Grand Poobah'd of course!
