There is lurking somewhere an interview with the people in Abbey Road...

They had to work miracles to make the drumming equal the rest of the album...

I was just about to edit my post.........................because it was recorded at Trident Studios!

I will leave my stupid Abbey Road love post where it is..................

what a load of rubbish

Was on a ABC Beatles special less than 6 months ago...

And plenty of other factual references...

The only rubbish is your fanboi blindness...

The only signature Starr had was an inability to use a drum set...

go troll somewhere else mate, nobody asked for your opinion

Well you did'n't...

But I cannot stand by & let you peddle blatant falsehoods...

In fact Elvis agrees...says Ringo is a shite drummer...

Now...what do you think about that...

John Lennon was once asked if Ringo was the best drummer in the world John replied " His not even the best drummer in this band"

Well.................I have to admit, I've yelled at plenty of drummers in my time..........................but I'd have Ringo in my band!

I'll have to learn this one though...................

Not sure where to post this but the thread name is a good start

Help

Any idea on how to stop this

comes up several times a day

I assume this comes up when you are using your PC Browser and not Android?

This is almost certainly a social engineering tactic to get you to do a survey to extract information from you.

Have you downloaded anything recently? This type of scam typically comes bundled with other software.

* Run Anti virus software eg Malwarebytes

* download and run 'Adwcleaner'. This is a product also by Malwarebytes. If it finds anything delete it!

For those who are interested I thought I'd copy and paste the email chain here.  This "David" guy seemed to be interested in the Myryad MXI2080 I listed on Aussie Audio Mart, but it was just a scam.  Oh well, it made the week more interesting anyway.

Read from bottom to top, all emails were sent off to phishing@paypal.com (along with hash details) just prior to the "Well in that case there shouldn't be any problems" email.  ATM I'm just leading him on to find out the details on the sting, partly because I'm curious and partly to document the whole experience.  I'll update when he gets back to me.

Ok.. good, Payment will be done asap, once you receive payment in your
paypal, so you tell me when you will be available for pickup... please
note my friend is adding some  amount to your asking price for me to
process shipping, once you receive the payment in your account, you
will deduct your asking price and send the balance money to me..let me
know if ok by you and also email me your phone number...Regards

Hi all, Just wanted to reinforce the idea of being careful on the good old internet (and that includes our good old SNA).  I've just got a PM from a fellow who offers me no info other than asking if I am interested in the item listed in my WTB thread and if I am then I am to contact him via a free email account, which is the only way he will talk to me...

It set off my scam detector rather loudly.  Don't be afraid to use the ignore button ladies and gents, I certainly will be.

      Cheers,

      Cafad.
