Dear colleagues..


Due to staff changes and promotions, we have a role we would like to fill here at Audio Active in Albert Park in the administration side of things. The key tasks of the position include [ but not limited to ]


·       Updating dealer pricelists

·       Updating SAP with price changes and other information

·       Assist with incoming phone calls and email enquiries

·       Incoming payment allocations

·       Daily bank reconciliations

·       Posting of mail and banking cheques

·       Ordering stationery and supplies for office/warehouse

·       Send account statements to dealers

·       Entering of AP invoices

·       Follow-up dealers re: overdue invoices

·       Receipting of incoming shipments

·       Prepare incoming pack-lists

·       Posting on Facebook/Instagram/Social Media

·       Assist with website maintenance
