Ittaku
If you're looking for new, I think the SVS speakers are a steal for their value. Either the prime floorstanders if you want full sized speakers or the prime bookshelf paired with the SB1000 subwoofer if bookshelf suits your environment better. They're a little over 2k. Peter usually discounts a bit off the RRP: http://deephzaudio.com/SVS Australia pricing page.html Edited November 24, 2017 by Ittaku
mattd2308
Legend Kama - excellent speakers, were at HiFi show and sounded fantastic. Am biased, have new Kantu 9's. Ring Rod Crawford, be happy to give you further advice. My 2c Matt

Al.M
Adelaide audio shop has a list of suitable speakers like B&W, Focal, Monitor Audio. Pick one you like, check web reviews, ask here about specific models https://www.visionhifi.com.au/search/browse/genre/floor-standing-speakers/page/3 Also http://www.adelaidespeakers.com/ check other shops around Aust for sales and see cost of shipping. guillaume
Hi there, Legend Acoustics: http://www.legendspeakers.com.au/ I just bought a pair of Kurre 9 and auditioned the Kantu (floorstanders) and the larger Tikande at Rod Crawford's home. This beats English, French and Danish stuff hands down. You can get the Kurre for about 2K; they are standmount but deliver plenty. The money goes into building the speakers: drivers, crossovers, cabinets. I cannot say enough good things. Good luck guillaume
weavzy
Definitely look into Adelaide Ascension Speakers. The Summoners are great floor standers. Just got my second pair. Upgraded from a smaller set. They sound incredible.

blakey72
These are a lot of speaker for the money. If you have a big room they may be an excellent choice https://addictedtoaudio.com.au/collections/speakers/products/kef-q900-floorstanding-speakers
Guest Eggcup The Daft
What is your room size and layout? Where can the speakers be placed? Do you like or dislike the Boston speakers, and what are you looking for in the replacements? I can't google an A9 speaker. Is your current speaker the A90 micro size speaker? rantan
For a system such as the OP is using you won't find a better cost/performance ratio than these, as tested by SNA https://www.stereo.net.au/reviews/review-monitor-audio-bronze-6-loudspeakers
