Beyonwiz P2. Limit On Internal Hdd Size?

Hi all, couldn't find any info about the P2 specifically

I want to upgrade the internal 320gig HDD, is there a limit on the size i can use?

It currently ships with 500 GB.

My understanding is that 500 is the max, that it supports.

Others have tried various flavors of bigger, but there have been some problems on most.

I did join the BW forum last night but my account hasn't been activated yet.

It takes a few days for it to be activated.

As Grampus says, 500GB is the largest officially supported size, but a few people are running 750GB-1TB drives and I think even 1 person at least is running 1.5TB

Personally, I haven't needed to upgrade my HDDs, probably because I have two machines so splitting the recording duties between both means I have less need for an upgrade, but all up I only have 320GB (P2) and 200GB (P1). All my other media resides on my NAS and USB drives.

If the file transfer was faster I'm not sure I would really need the extra as well, as I also have a 500gb 'Lite' in the bedroom & 4TB PC space. But I leave a lot of recordings on the P2 & wanted to give it more space for timeshifting, 1TB should be plenty for me.
