MuppetArms Posted February 1, 2011 Share Posted February 1, 2011 I've tried calling samsung support about my problem yesterday and today, all I get is some fast-talker on the other end asking for my number to call me back... which never happens. I had the same when I rang them, by the time they rang me back Id forgot what I rang for, Doh. But I asked about some other stuff to do with the PVR format on the TV and was told its NOT compatible with Windows. All answers where good, great knowledge, just takes ages to get to talk to them. As for the Promo Start of the 5th week and waiting. Purchase – 03/01 Registration – 03/01 Receipt Sent – 04/01 – Non Reg Mail. Receipt Received – 17/01 Payment Received – 18/01 Dispatch – ??/?? labratqld Posted February 2, 2011 Share Posted February 2, 2011 Wow, it arrived yesterday, nice Chrissy present!! Final timeline:Registered 4th Nov. Paid 27th Nov. Dispatched 22nd Dec. Delivered 23rd Dec. As a bonus, two of the 4 glasses received were the rechargeable type, with a rubber nose piece, so much more comfortable!! Thanks Samsung!! And to finish the transaction, my receipt arrived safely back to me yesterday. I must admit I'd forgotten about the receipt, but thankfully it's back in one piece!
