Jeeze, I would ask for another one, for sure! That looks like one seriously buggered-up panel. Many retailers offer a seven day return-to-base/exchange policy as a safeguard against DOA appliances. This means that they can get a return authorisation from the manufacturer and you can get a quick replacement/exchange without having to run around chasing the manufacturer via the warranty. This only seems to work if you kept the packaging, which I hope you did. Just ask where you bought the telly and ask them to have two people cart it to your place next time.

I believe Samsung have a 14 day exchange warranty via the retailer. So contact your retailer and ask for it to be exchanged quickly.

Definitely DOA (well not totally D, but close enough) and the retailer should replace it for you immediately including delivery etc. If you go in to the store to organise it, take the camera and show them the pictures. That TV is stuffed. Unlikely to be from one guy carrying it but you never know how it was treated before you saw it.

DO NOT let the retailer fob you off and tell you it needs to be repaired by Samsung. You have every right to a new display from them. Worst case you can demand a refund under the Trade Practices Act since the item is faulty.
