Deaf Bhoy
Seven's multi-channel maybe up and running but so are their multi-cock ups! On 7HD the movie 102 Dalmations is on but the subtitles are coming from the bleetin footy on 7 SD channel! Lucky I don't care bout the movie or the footy, but still this is pathetic how deaf people get treated sometimes by the Networks...not good enough! digitalj
They appear to no longer just be advertising their own programs, I've seen times now where they say:"Welcome to the 7HD Breakaway, sponsored by Universal Music" Then there is something like a music clip that occurs during the whole break, breaks are still the same length as when the service was launched. now there's not only the 7HD Breakaway sponsored by Universal Music, there's now also the 7HD breakaway sponsored by Panasonic, The Panasonic one appears to just be stuff from Sunrise
digitalj
don't think this has been discussed yet, but since there are shows that 7 have in HD that don't get screened in HD e.g. 30 Rock due to running alternate programming on 7HD, have they considered using a different timeslot for showing it in HD? E.g. show 30 Rock at 11:30pm like they do and then replay it the next day during a timeslot where the program is SD only.
dan2007
They encore Out of the Question (is that filmed in HD, that looks SD to me?) so I don't see why not with 30 Rock.
EvanOnTheGC
They may only have the right to air the program once.... or airing it again (on HD at a different time) may incur additional fees or may use up a repeat right which could be better used in future years. The obviously got plenty of repeat rights for Scubs! Repeat eps are being shown on 7 and then again on 7HD
Dyllip
I think its great they're repeating Private Practice and Lipstick Jungle tonight.
Neon Kitten
I think its great they're repeating Private Practice and Lipstick Jungle tonight. I bet those who set their PVRs to record Criminal Minds and/or Air Crash Investigations* from 7HD won't "think it's great" as these "encores" are 100% unscheduled and not in any printed guides. (*Long time Air Crash Investigations fans can avoid tonight's one - it's not the real thing, but rather one of Seven's con-job repackagings of a 2006 Seconds From Disaster episode that you've probably already seen) Edited July 2, 2008 by Neon Kitten

Neither are the special encores even listed in their EIT EPG's I only picked up on it since the difference was shown on yourtv.com.au

miata
Shame on Seven for putting 'Extreme: Skinny Celebrity Mums 2' (which isn't in HD) on 7HD instead of The Unit!Damn, because the EPG on my Toppy 7000 still has gaps in it, I missed The Unit last night, I assume it was on SD? The EPG had a gap between 1930 and 2300.
