This CD player’s strengths are its natural reproduction of vocals, the correct timbre/body of string instruments (ie violin, piano, guitar) and reasonably extended bass. I purchased this via SNA so am possibly the third/fourth owner. Three years ago I had the laser mechanism replaced by a reputable repairer based in the South of Sydney. One of the ball bearings on the CD drive mechanism has been broken which I have provided pictures to show. Overall the rest of the player is in good condition, reads/plays all my original CDs and comes with a functioning remote. Given the price my preference is for a local sale. I do not have packaging but will consider postage if no local takers. Happy to demo for interested purchasers.
