(approx 4ga.) tinned copper cable from a client who makes motor winches for boats. trying it out as a speaker cable. i was curious about using a low resistance speaker cable and its effect on the bass ok, the linking wire is only 18ga. milspec silver plated wire. i haven’t made a thicker cable yet. how does it sound? it didn’t sound good on the icepower 125asx2 class D power amp. Bass wasn’t quite right and highs seem dull It does sound good on the Sansui Au-Alpha 907. Deep bass and clear highs. Yes, house is a bomb site at the moment.
