Be Quiet...Listen
Ok, I cant keep quiet now as I’ve seen this far too much and for far too long. What is with this obsession for these ‘gear & feet’ photo’s?? By all means showcase your gear but your feet... really?? I just don’t get it. It may be because they cannot afford any footwear, due to the overspend on the equipment they listen to? Or just following what others do, like sheep?

I see you have what looks like a cork mat under your MC275 which is probably a good idea to protect your sideboard, the timber veneer can develop a dark patch with the heat generated from the components sitting directly on top. Well spotted. I use the cork mats (from Ikea) because the feet of a previous component had begun to disintegrate and had left some marks.

Bunno77
Just set the McIntosh up after a long break. Have been using the Marantz for everything lately but have split music and everything else again so back to swapping cables.... Started ripping my CDs as my local library has a lot of these albums in poor quality. Listening to Jeff Buckley - Grace now via Roon Don't think my feet are as unsightly as some here but thought I'd avoid adding anyways haha
A J
No feet sorry - I’ll refresh later with a snap from my main system. Anyway I was really-watching the Cures live streamed concert Disintegration from the Sydney Opera house - this was just an amazing concert. Roon via streaming for music (Pi Ropee with LCD screen) NAD M51 - A/V via silent NUC and also Apple TV - Media steaming via Synology 916+ and NBN/Wireless via Netgear Nighthawk. Trusty Pana 55” TV.
