Item Condition: Brand New, never been used - box opened and re-packed.
Reason for selling:  Mistake - wrong voltage - will need transformer ($100).  Cannot fit transformer in to custom AV cabinet.

Where can I get a transformer? Never used one before. Any idea on shipping to Sydney.

A good Step down transformer (240 - 120) can be purchased from Jaycar or Ebay. An SNAr might be able to comment  more on this?  

Shipping should be less than $100.00

but I'd have to confirm.

Are they safe to use or do i need to be more careful with them? Do they work well with amplifiers as i assume amplifiers will use a lot more power than other types of devices.

I'm not sure what you are asking?  Do you mean are transformers safe to use - yes if you purchase an Australian approved version.  Plug transformer in to power socket, plug Subwoofer in to transformer output socket.
