Picked this up from @Ericcklau this morning (and a few other Japanese releases).  Gave it a quick clean (habit, it didn't need one), this is one very good sounding Japanese release of Sgt Peppers.

Have it cranked a little and foot tapping away.

....  seems to be getting better all the time,

So much better all the time ...

I'm just comfortably numb!

The Beatles Abbey Road Japan 1976 NM with OBI & Insert   Discogs say this is one of the best pressings, and it does sound pretty FAB !!

Back spinning after a weeks R&R down at the beautiful Barwon Heads 🏄‍♂️   Aretha: Lady Soul

Belafonte At Carnegie Hall

Analogue Productions.  Vocals sound amazing.  Can hear somebody in the audience occasionally coughing :)  Senstitive mics.

That would be quite special. Classic usually do a great job.

We are going Australiana

This artist is very famous not only for having a great voice and TV personality but also a fabulous Aussie comedian

This album is from 1977 but his first album was in 1968 and it’s the first of a handful in the collection

I’m sure that members that lived as young adults in the 70s would remember him

Artist - Barry Crocker

Title - Self Titled

Dire Straits - Making Movies

Not my favourite MoFi pressing.  SQ not great for a premium product.  Annoying warp at the start of the record too.

...and playing now..

Tears For Fears - The Hurting

I want to get a better copy of this, as I really like it. This record has some curled edge, but surprisingly plays and sounds well, even from the first track!

A New Arrival that I had to eat noodles for a week to buy......

Fifty Shades Of Grey

Various Artists

LTD Edition - Red Vinyl

US

Shocking movies but they did produce killer soundtracks and this one is excellent. Pressing is gorgeous too and was lucky to get it from UK as NM.

There is only one song I can sing all the lyrics for...

"There's a Hole in the Bucket"

A splendid memory from my childhood.

Saw them many times...  was in love with Fiona...  and always thought their T-shirt with  "Where the F*CK is the Drummer"  was an absolute classic.

Best of Manhattan Transfer.  I often forget how diverse they were listening to their best of album - it had been a while.

Very respectable SQ too.

      Original 2009 USA pressing.
Long out of print - even the 2013 reissues go for big bucks.
There were blue vinyl versions, and clear vinyl versions.
This could be either, it's impossible to tell.
Comes with CD version of the album.

This copy is sealed in shrink, but has suffered some light edge wearto the bottom and corners.
Ignore the apparent ringwear in the pics - that's just on the shrink not the jacket underneath.
