Muchos gracias for the heads up @Mushroom01

I raced down to a local bottl'o and purchoiced a lazy half doz for the princely sum of $72 ...and scored a further 10% off.  Happy as 🤘😎

My good buddy gifted me this a few years back, can’t believe it’s taken me this long! You’re a legend @Mendes 🤙

Cracked a bottle of the Ruggabellus 16 Sallio last night, not going to be everyone’s cup of tea but I thought it was bloody amazing.

Hey brother, been thinking of you all week as I know it must have been  a tough one.

Are you back in town?

And oh, the Ruggabellus is good ...yeah 👍👍

It’s  been a hard week alright, back home now.

The Archaeus is holding up pretty well, very acidic to start with but it’s unfurling very nicely indeed, in fact it’s amazing the transformation this bottle is going through, can’t think of one that has changed so much in such a short time!

Tunes and a nice drop of red, much needed therapy right now

Cheers 🍷

It’s a hot one here in the West today, with a couple ol 39 degree days coming up.

Chilled Chenin could be the saviour, we are spoilt, with Swan Valley gems abounding.

Couple of rippers here, some older fruit (25+ years) from Tony “Rocket” Mann’s (former Aust Test cricketer and son of Jack Mann) upper Swan vineyard.

Two very different styles, both super 👍

Oh, and did I say absolute bargains 🤟

Drinking beautifully. It’s comparatively lighter than some of the other Standish Shiraz, but still plenty of flavour and length. This is the wine that introduced us to Dan Standish when we drank it at a restaurant. Very happy we found it. I love his wines, just can’t afford to drink them very often.

Nice one, at over $100 I also can understand why you don't open one every night.
