Hi Speedgod66. You are correct, you were first off the rank, I incorrectly advised another interested party that they were first, and now have let them know that they weren't. I'll PM you shortly with next steps. Sorry for the confusion.

Excellent choice, I am very happy with mine.

Just noticed in your signature you have the Karan. Getting better all the time, that should be a very nice combination.

Indeed. A couple of fellow SN members came over and were surprised that upgrading the DAC produced such an improvement overall. Previously they had been pushing for me to upgrade the speakers because - quote "all DACs sound the same". Not quite seriously but the general advice was speakers would produce the most improvement. I stuck to the DAC upgrade with fantastic results. And they agreed whole heartedly!

      Good evening!

Having a bit of an audio set-up simplification. All kit lived in a smoke and pet free home, no cosmetic damage unless noted. All prices exclude postage, buyer is responsible for postage costs!

Item: Emotiva USP-1 pre amplifier with remote!
Has a massive range of features, including a very tidy phono pre-amp both MC and MM compatiable. Has served me well, haven't had a hitch since purchasing. Just want to get a modular phono pre-amp.
      Location: Melbourne
      Price: $300 ONO
Item Condition: Under 4 years old, used but working perfectly.
Reason for selling: Poor uni student downsizing audio set-up.
Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal
Extra Info: Cost me around $550 to land in Aus. Review here and manual here.

      Item: Emotiva UPA-2 power amplifier
      Location: Melbourne

Extra Info: Cost me around $600 to land in Aus, shipping is expensive... this thing is heavy! Review here and manual.

Reason for selling: No headphones left, not skilled enough to finish build.
Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal.
Extra Info: Killing me to sell this, it's been my dream headphone amp for ages but I just can't commit to the build at this stage. Review here.

Would be interested in a trade for a good (DIY or otherwise) phono pre amp. Can work out package deal if you want to buy more than one thing.
