WTB: Apple Macbook computer

Just be wary of any 'swelling' in the trackpad on a Mac book pro.

The batteries age, swell and THEN break the trackpad.

Why Apple didn't recall ALL pros is beyond me, love the machine but do I want a new one now I have seen that!

These are so cheap it's tempting but I've got more computers than I can poke a stick at !!

So I'm going to give you a clue - I think your HDD cable is faulty. I fixed my daughters one - its a little fiddly and I only stumbled on the HDD cable as a potential issue after I had replaced the HDD and doubled the ram - still ran just as slow if not slower.
