Where the REL excels is in music reproduction, it's a sealed box design so there's no boomy, flabby bass. I use it in conjunction with my SGR speakers that have a 13" woofer, and they're nothing to sneeze at when it comes to bass reproduction but the REL gets the last few Hz that the SGR's can't quite get to. I cross it over on a quite low frequency and integration is a cinch. RRP when this was released was $2800. Another nifty feature is the fact that it comes with a remote, this makes adjusting the levels, crossover freq, phase and other settings a cinch from the listening position. I'm selling this because I've been unable to locate another one and I want to go to a dual sub setup. I'll be sad to see it go since it's an amazing sub, but I haven't been able to locate another after some time trying. I have all the original boxes so the item can be shipped, though I'm not sure how much that would cost. I can also throw in a cable that I've made that has DH Labs silver sonic wire with low mass Banana plugs and a neutrik connector. Also included is the cable the sub came with.
