Please PM me with pics and price, shipped to the Gold Coast.
  4. Further information: Selling my P10 power re-generator as I have upgraded my mains power with dedicated circuits to my listening room. Hence this is now surplus to my needs. US Plugs Comes with original packaging and remote. I prefer local pick up....so preference will be given to Sydney buyers. 6. Further information: These amplifiers have hardly been used and are in excellent condition. They come complete with all original factory accessories and packaging. Current RRP $4995.00 Enjoy an unheard of level of control and command from your loudspeakers with the Stellar™ M700, one of the most extraordinary under $5,000 power amplifier pair ever crafted. The M700 combines the slam, linearity, control and pacing of a Class D output stage with the warmth, grace, and rich inner detail of Stellar’s Class A Analog Cell. The results are nothing short of breath-taking. Liberate all the toe-tapping energy trapped in your media library. Plumb music’s subterranean depths as your system gives you more bottom end than you thought possible. Revel in rich layers of fine, full detail. Marvel at the deep, extraordinary, wall-to-wall soundstage. Control your loudspeakers as never before. Effortless. Lush. Stellar. The problems faced when crafting a new power amplifier are many—delivering sufficient power, control, frequency extension, and dynamics while maintaining a perfectly layered soundstage under the most complex musical passages. All amplifiers sound different. What determines sound quality are the components and topologies of the amp’s input voltage stage and output current stage. Each section should complement the other. Between them, the amp develops its sound. Stellar’s design imperatives—affordable pricing, uncompromised sonics—were major challenges solved by the invention of a unique new circuit christened the Analog Cell™. Stellar engineer Darren Myers had planned from the outset to take advantage of Class D’s high current, low distortion, ruler flat linearity for the output stage—knowing full well it is the input stage that determines sonic character. This critical interface between preamplifier and power amplifier is where Stellar’s magic would be unveiled; where Myers could lavish upon the music the sweet, tube-like quality of Class A biased MOSFETs. His challenge was to synergistically marry both input and output topologies, for which he invented Stellar’s Analog Cell. The Analog Cell is the heart of the M700’s musicality, where richly overlayed layers of music’s inner details are preserved even in the most complex orchestral crescendos. The Analog Cell is a proprietary, fully differential, zero feedback, discrete, Class A MOSFET circuit, hand-tuned to capture the smallest micro dynamics without sacrificing the loudest macro dynamics music has to offer. Features Mono power amplifier pair Zero-loss Analog Cell input stage Powerful MOSFET balanced output stage RCA Single ended input XLR “true” balanced input 350 watts into 8Ω 700 watts rms into 4Ω 2Ω stable Less than 0.1% thd 20Hz to 20kHz at rated power Damping factor 1100 for excellent loudspeaker control Front panel standby button Efficient operation with very little heat Dual, solid copper, plated, output binding posts 27 pounds Input 12-volt trigger Photos: PLEASE READ If you are advertising multiple items, you must post one bulk price only, or post seperate ads for each item If you include any reference to pricing whatsoever in this section (excluding RRP), your ad will not be approved If you don't include photographs of the actual item being sold, your ad will not be approved
  7. Another fantastic PSA product. Perfect condition! 3 months to run under warranty & I have original boxes. I've been an set guy for years ( and still love them) but these amps are something special. I originally bought them to power woofers in a 3 way system ( using tube amps for mid & top) but that never eventuated. I was very surprised when I put them in my current system. Power authority, control, very quiet, dynamic and to my amazment very good linear extension to the top end. My tube amps didn't go back into the system. These things are so efficient and don't even get warm. I like everything about them down to the speaker binding posts. Not only do they have a slip ring to prevent the nut from bitting on the spade terminal but notice how all the shafts extend right the way inside the case and are rock solidly mounted. See also my other gear 4 sale; Acrolink power cables, Acoustic Zen speaker & innterconnect cables, uLink, id100 apple dock, & in time Audion Black Shadow SET 845 monoblocks, Focal 15k 8711 woofers & possibly Stellar gain cell dac/ pre.
  8. Has worked flawlessly since new. Selling because I want to upgrade my (DIY) speakers . Too heavy to send via Aust Post (53x56x34 ; 38kg) . I have all the original triple boxing etc. If you have your own courier (I may be able to drop it to them this end....depending on work commitments). The plastic cover on the lid has NEVER been removed so the surface underneath will be immaculate. It's 4 years old. There are slight marks between the blue PS "on" button and the clear IR receiver lens on the front of the P-10, otherwise its in new condition. Comes with a remote, user manual and sd card (for firmware upgrades). It's a beautifully designed and built piece of gear with the flexibility to set it up to suit your situation. I have upgraded the main power fuse to silver alloy non inducting type. Personal message me ONLY if you are genuinely interested in buying it! - as I have had a number of people spending considerable time asking dozens of questions then after promising to buy it (and me holding it for them) they pull out after a week...... I apologise to those who were kept waiting because of this. If I don't reply to your message quickly it's because I'm busy at work and I will reply at first opportunity.
  9. Further information: These amplifiers have hardly been used and are in excellent condition, they have sat on a rack then they have been sitting in the spare bedroom carefully boxed from an interstate move. Unfortunately moving into a smaller house means these amps will not get used, so they’re looking for a new home! Comes complete with all original factory accessories and packaging. 12. Item: PS Audio Perfectwave Transport (110V) and Perfectwave Dac Mark 1 (240V) Location: Canberra, ACT Price: $1600 for the two combined, and if required postage and PayPal fees Item Condition: Used Reason for selling: Upgraded last year to the Directstream DAC and player, so these aren't being used and I want to make room for new gear! Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: I purchased this Perfectwave DAC Mk1 (240V) new in 2011 and have been the sole owner. It's never missed a beat. While used cosmetically its in very good condition, with the removable plastic still in place covering the gloss black top plate, no visible marks on the casework, and the screen is clear and bright. Last year I got a really good combined deal on a new Directstream DAC and Player, so I went down that pathway instead of upgrading this one. Should you wish, PS Audio sell an upgrade kit to convert this sonically to a Directstream DAC for about $4000. I understand that the only differences then between an upgraded model and a brand new Directstream DAC is the IR port, which was also upgraded and becomes a round one not rectangular, and the absence of "Directstream" marking on the front casework. This DAC has the Bridge Mark 1 installed, but I've never used it, instead preferring a direct USB connection to a ROON Nucleus + for streaming. I purchased the Perfectwave Player used in 2012, using Audiogon, from the US, hence its a 110v model that requires a transformer, which is included. I've never had a problem with this arrangement, doesn't make any noise or cause any issue, but it may not suit everyone. When I received the player I soon found it would not read all discs (buyer beware!), and as a consequence I had a new DVD drive installed and its been super reliable ever since. Cosmetically the plastic cover was removed from the gloss black top plate, and there is some smudging of the gloss finish which I can't capture in photos. There are no scratches or marks to the casework. The "blue" colour of the power button is darker on the Transport, which can be seen in the photos. I assume this was just product variation. I've recently plugged this combo back into my system just to verify that everything works as it should. In comparison the newer Directstream Player and DAC are just more musically revealing and engaging, but of course they are also much more expensive. I'm very happy to demo to any locals who may be interested. The Remote control is of course included. I have the original double boxes for transportation. I would prefer local pickup, but not a problem to post. Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
  13. Item: PS Audio P300 Fully Balanced AC Power Regenerator, MultiWave II Version with 3 Euro outlets and power leads Location: Melbourne Price: $750 Item Condition: Excellent Reason for selling: Selling for a friend who is quitting high end audiophilia Payment Method: Cash, Bank Transfer or Paypal Extra Info: Comes with original double cartons for safe transport at buyer's expense if necessary, plus 1.5m Golden Sunrise power lead from high end German manufacturer HB Cable Design. I can't find RRP for this lead, but it's a heavy duty higher model with gold-plated Euro plug that would probably sell for over $500 (see photo and check their website). The most critical component would clearly be connected to this power lead. Two more standard power leads with Euro plugs are also included, so all 3 outlets can be used immediately. The original input power lead is supplied with multi-pin adaptor, or a 3-pin AUS plug could easily be fitted. Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
  14. Item: PS Audio Power Plant Premier AC Regenerator and Power Centre plus 5 Power Leads Location: Melbourne Price: $1450 Item Condition: Excellent Reason for selling: Selling for a friend who is quitting high end audiophilia Payment Method: Cash, Bank Transfer or Paypal Extra Info: 1500 watt high efficiency power regenerator with 5 individually isolated pairs of outlets to minimise interference between component types, remote or manual switching, DC triggers, highly sophisticated relay surge and spike protection including CATV & phone, front panel display of voltage in/out, mode and THD operated by remote handset or the front panel. This model incorporates 2 important remote-selectable conditioning options: "MultiWave" (an alternative to the AC sinewave with a waveform that allegedly enables components' power supplies to work more efficiently) and "CleanWave" (power equivalent of a variable frequency signal degaussing device, i.e. component demagnetiser). This model created a stir when released, as illustrated by the Robert Deutsch Stereophile review, courtesy of several innovative features: dramatically more efficient operation resulting from its patented "tracking power supply" amp design, allowing the unit to handle much more current without being too large or running too hot; new magnetic technology based on wound inductors built from strips of highly permeable "Nano Crystalline", with a minimal amount of copper wire for more effective filtering which preserves micro and macro dynamics; protection against moderate surges that last longer and can be more damaging, not just brief high voltage spikes; the ability to measurably reduce THD and magnetisation. All these features, plus its subjective performance in audio systems as hailed by reviewers, made it the world's most popular high end conditioner when released. This unit designed for our local mains at a nominal 230V comes complete with remote, manual and potentially enough high end leads for a whole system. Power leads included are the following: 8ft Audience powerChord with Wattgate IEC and AUS 3-pin plug to connect the power plant to the mains 4ft Audience " gold-plated US Marinco plug to connect a component to the power plant 3ft Audience " " 2ft Audience " " 3ft Heavy Duty No Brand with IEC and US mains plug " Despite finding a favourable 6 Moons review of Audience powerChords it's hard to establish an exact value for these cables, but I'm guessing they would have been worth at least $1500 new. As the power plant must be worth over $1K on its own, I believe the asking price for the lot is a bargain for the astute buyer. 15. Item: PS Audio GCPH Phono Stage Location: Blue Mountains NSW - can post Price: $700 Item Condition: Very Good (minor marks consistent with age) Reason for selling: NLR Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: For sale is the excellent and versatile PS Audio GCPH phono stage. I have owned this for around six years and it has performed flawlessly. Moving it on after acquiring a new phono stage up the chain, which has demonstrated just how good these units are. The GCPH is in the 'easy to use' category of phono stages, ie. the switches are all on the outside of the box making it reasonably straight forward to make adjustments. On the front is a mono / stereo switch, phase option and a volume control. Gain and loading are accessed at the rear of the unit. Gain options include: 48/54/60/66dB and loading options are: 100 / 500 / 1k / 47k. There is also the choice between RCA or balanced outputs. A remote control (never used) is included and can be plugged directly into a power amp, and with the volume adjustment the unit can be used as a preamplifier. The GCPH has a loyal following, and they don't come up for sale too often. There are plenty of positive reviews about the unit and forum chatter. I have the original packaging which includes the manual and remote. Happy to post at buyer's cost. Photos:
  16. Item: PS Audio PerfectWave DAC (upgraded to MK II) Location: Canberra region Price: $2,100 ono (i'll include shipping Aust wide) Item Condition: Excellent Reason for selling: recently bought a new DAC, this is now surplus to requirements Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal (buyer to pay fees), bank transfer Extra Info: I've had this since new circa 2012 and upgraded to MK II shortly afterwards. I recently had the pleasure to compare it with some current high end DAC's such as the Naim NDX 2, PS Audio Directstream, and Auralic Vega G2 on loan for home demo's. Whilst in the end I went for something new and different, it was in small degrees that the PWD II was bested as is the law of diminishing returns in this hobby of ours. At the end of the day the PWD is a really good DAC that is transparent, dynamic, musical and listening to music from it as the source is pretty bloody awesome. Other than being a really good DAC in its own right, the cool thing is that down the track you can upgrade to Directstream DAC, and also upgrade the Bridge to the mk II if you have Roon. Original double boxing and remote (mk II remote) included. I cant find OEM power cable so I'm including a 1.5m Grave Science power cable which is an upgrade in itself at no extra cost. From the Darko review of the MK II some years ago; https://darko.audio/2012/10/ps-audio-perfectwave-dac-mkii-review-part-2/ "Think of the MKI as a flat white or a cappuccino. Then picture a long black (Americano). That’s the MKII. It’s tastier and brings more zing. More kick too. Without the milk and froth, you’re closer to the bean, closer to the music. The MKI presentation is a shade more congealed that its successor. The NativeX-ing MKII is more proficient at clearing clean spaces between stage players without a thinning of acoustic mass. The PerfectWave MKII isn’t the best DAC in the world either. To say so is dumb hyperbole. Running up a Tom Evans amplifier and Avant Garde Trio hill against a dCS Puccini + uClock saw the dCS ascend with more graceful ease – the PS Audio unit was contrasted as a meal with beautifully presented tonal flavours but tainted by too much pepper and spice. There’s nothing out of the ordinary there. At AU$29k, one would expect the dCS to best the considerably cheaper PS Audio box. That the latter got so close with listener satisfaction and detail trawl is commendable." Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
  17. Item: PS PerfectWave Power 5 Power Cable - 1.5M Location: Sydney Price: $275 + Postage Item Condition: Very good Reason for selling: Upgraded Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: Australian Plug Nice power cable which I used for my Amp and CDP player, was certainly better than the stock cable.. This is the mid of the PS PerfectWave cable range, refer last picture.
