Speaker is 46cm wide, 20cm tall and 35cm deep Pick up from Hurstville or deliver for a small fee The Electra CC900 centre speaker is a close cousin to the more expensive and bigger Utopia Centre speaker. Using the same “W” woofers and their famous inverted dome tweeter, the CC900 is the centre speaker that brings a level of performance that is close to the Utopia Centre speaker without the hefty price tag. The speaker is a solidly made unit that weighs almost 38 lbs and is fitted with two 6.5″ woofers and a 1″ tweeter. Frequency response is 55 Hz to 23 KHz with a nominal impedance of 8 ohm and a sensitivity of 91.5 dB. Listening to this speaker clearly shows the difference between a brand rich in speaker design and one just “put together” from another brand. Vocals were super clean and precise and the bass quick and punchy and the highs sharp and detail when the soundtrack becomes challenging. Truly awesome.

For sale my much beloved Focal Utopia Diva speakers, As some might know, they are something have owned for some years and I was smitten with their sound from moment first heard. All the drivers are no different to what focal use even today in their latest Utopia range. The have the lovely Beryllium tweeter that has amazing delicacy of sound and detail. The gorgeous power flower mid range that do an amazing rendition of vocals that only focals can. Similarly the bass is prodigious with their twin 8 inch in high efficacy isobaric configuration, which ends up with what is a quite slender and diminutive sized speaker, that is not out of place in homely surrounds but capable of some amazing sound. As speakers I've owned some years these i have to say they are in good to fair condition. that said the wood grain panels are in excellent condition..unmarked in their signature finish with gorgeous swirls of grain and 3D depth and colour as is back plates. The metallic gloss black sections do have some scratches and nicks here and there. but no chunks taken out or anything like that.. and looks still quite presentable and wouldn't be out of place in a pretty nice setup. With the drivers the tweeters are in fair condition(just showing their age i think). The mid range and bass drivers and grills, back panels underneath, back plates, binding posts etc are all in excellent condition. Also included are the lovely stainless steel spikes these have .. which are removable for rubber feet to use on wooden floors. In sound they are superb as new. See representative photos i have attached of condition i have done best to capture... I do have original boxes for these and accessories including grills even for tweeter mid range and such - and which are rare inclusions. I have priced these appropriately I think and for a quick sale as taking up space i don't have ! . Selling my Focal Elegia headphones as they haven't been used in months. Bought new and have only been used for a few hours. Further information: For sale Focal Chorus 716V floorstanding speaker in black colour. Still in good condition, except small crack on one of the speaker cover, it's not noticable until you touch it. They are in very good condition with one small mark on the side of one speaker and one of the grills has a pulled thread (was that way from new). Further information: I'm not going to bore you with description of what these sound like, there is so much press out there that does it better than me. Needless to say, they are top class headphones. During two years of lockdowns I've been doing a LOT of headfi listening, mostly on my Senny 800s - I love them and their amazing soundstage but wanted to start exploring other options which deliver a bit more oomph. I purchased these from another SNA member in September 21, who picked them up new from Addicted To Audio in June of 2021. I have actually done less listening on them than I thought, as along with summer came my desire to fire up my PMCs and play music LOUD (Lockdown fever maybe??) In terms of their condition - they present very well, with no marks or blemishes. Same for the packaging. And I gotta say, they are glorious in the the flesh. So beautifully made, they are a work of art to behold and sit easily on the noggin for extended listening sessions. I have big ears (As my daughter constantly reminds me) and have no problem feeling snug and comfy in them. However... As mentioned I am riding the upgrade express and its currently rocketing towards Streamer Town and Subwooferville. So these are being sold to fund the journey. The risk of damaging beryllium tweeters has been too great with 2 year old fingers around, therefore these items have been in storage for a while, and now I’m biting the bullet, it’s going to be a while before I get to enjoy them again so my toys may as well go to a new home. Sadly. The Svs sub is gone, now the centre channel, perhaps the matching floor stand electras, next, but let’s start slow shall we, so here is the centre channel. The sound they produce is so enjoyable and they are a good match for both solid state (McIntosh) and tube amps (Line Magnetic). Very clear top end. In 2020, I had the speaker grill covers reclothed by the Speaker Hospital in Sydney with some of the best acoustically neutral material available from the US (Guilford of Maine FR701 Eggshell Panel Fabric). The speakers greatly benefited from a recently reorganisation of my living room, as I do not have the benefit of a dedicated listening room. The removal of a glass coffee table from the direct listening path, added much depth and bass to the output. Slight discolouration between speakers. Further Information: I purchased this pair of Focal Chorus 716 from another member here last year to add as rears to my existing set of Focal Chorus 726 fronts and CC 700 center (Purchased Sept 2019 Instyle Hifi - Sydney). Previous listing: I have a baby on the way so downsizing. These are in perfect condition. No scratches or dents. The cosmetic thing mentioned in previous thread has no effect. I have always used them as rears with minimal use, with grill on and mine is a smoke free, pet free home. I have the boxes for them as well.
