  4. I am seeking to move on my well cared for and cherished Martin Logan Summits which have been owned for circa 10 years. They have been housed in dedicated music/theatre rooms, free from pets etc. The panels have been regularly vacuumed. The 10 inch powered bass drivers are in perfect condition. Panels were last replaced in 2016. The spare pair of panels are wrapped in plastic and have been stored in a safe and secure place. I do not have the original boxes as were too bulky to keep over the years, so looking to move on the Summits to someone local. Please see the specifications and photos below. 8. Further information: What needs to be said about this little gem, is better put together by others more talented than I below. I have used it primarily as a pre amplifier. Do I love it…Yes. Will I kick myself…most likely! will throw in 4 different tubes (minimal use) that alone probably cost me $500. This will keep the new buyer busy rolling. Remote included. Please note the volume up works, but volume down is temperamental. Walking to the unit to change levels is much more audiophile anyway, and keeps us fit https://6moons.com/audioreviews/redwine14/1.html Here… https://darko.audio/2012/07/red-wine-audio-signature-15-integrated-amplifier-review/ and here… https://www.google.com.au/amp/s/parttimeaudiophile.com/2012/03/22/follow-up-red-wine-audio-signature-15/ Photos: PLEASE READ If you include any reference to pricing whatsoever in this section (excluding RRP), your ad will not be approved If you are advertising multiple items, you must post one bulk price only, or post seperate ads for each item If you don't include photographs of the actual item being sold, your ad will not be approved You understand that a reasonable donation for selling fees is expected upon successful sale of your item - if you have previously sold items and not made a donation, your advertisement may not be approved.

  14. Further information: Selling this product here :- https://www.heynowhifi.com.au/products/dan-clark-audio-ether-flow-11-headphone I spent a few hours listening to the Dan Clark Ether Flow 1.1 and the Hifiman HE1000SE on the Focal Arche to try to see what differences there were between the two headphones. I listened to different genre of music - from Jazz to Pop to Metal - and I also listened to different sources - SACD, Vinyl and CD. I was super hard pressed to tell them apart and I started to regret paying so much more for the Hifiman. When I swapped over to the Cayin HA-300, that was when I could hear very small differences. The Hifiman was slightly warmer and had a slighter wider soundstage but otherwise, you would really have to pay attention to even notice the improvements. I would say there would be less than 5% improvement between the two headphones, but I paid more than double the price for the Hifiman. So in the end, why am I keeping the Hifiman? Because it is lighter and I am a sucker for any slight improvement. However, the buyer of the Ether Flow 1.1 won't be disappointed - you will have to pay a lot more to get better sound. Comes with all original accessories - leather case, pads, and the Vivo cable. Also has an extra standard headphone cable. 15. Further information: Up for sale is the well-known and well-reviewed Proton AM-455 Integrated amp. Can be used as integrated or preamp only. A/B/A+B capability. 4 ohm stable. Phono stage. Minor cosmetic damage (scratches) and Tuner and Tape inputs are a bit touchy (i.e., could do with a fully servicing). Just went through and tested each input on both A and B channels and aside from a bit of RCA wiggling on the Tuner and Tape inputs everything works as it should and sounds very nice (with and without Loudness ON). Postage anywhere in AUS via Sendle for $25. Feel free to PM me with any questions. 16. Further information: I am the original owner of this Zenith Mk3, I purchased it from Maxmedia in March last year. I bought it when I was having problems with my usb interface between my dac and antipodes server. These were resolved and I now am moving up big in the dac world to something that includes a very good streamer. I kept the Innuos as a contingency so it only has 100-200 hours on it. I have chosen to keep my antipodes server to run roon and use ethernet out so not getting the full benefit of the Innuos. Many very positive reviews around. RRP for this 2TB version is $8,000 https://trueaudiophile.com/innuos-zenith-mk3-no-compromise-reference/ We listened to all server streamers we could. They were either way too much money for what they delivered or too complex. Innuos is taking over the world market because they are none of those issues. Brilliantly simple to use and modestly priced. Built from the ground up including their OS. -- TA https://www.hifiplus.com/articles/innous-zenith-mkii-music-server/?page=3 All in all, it’s a very hard act to beat for anyone looking to push streaming quality to the max. http://hifiknights.com/reviews/sources/innuos-zenith-mk3/ Innuos ZENith Mk3 on functionality shines as brightly as it does on sonic performance. All its noise removal traits kept the usual digital culprits at the door and provided firm substructure for tonal evenness, fluency, spatial might and wide dynamic contrasts, which in effect resulted in aural experience many seasoned aficionados would associate with costly boutique music boxes and not PCs. But overall balance is where Innuos ZENith Mk3 truly excels. Not only it finely connects audiophile sonics with mainstream needs, but also is priced attractively considering what it does and how https://www.audiophilia.com/reviews/2020/7/24/kershawinnuoszenithMK3 The Innuos ZENith Mk3 1T Black is an exceptionally quiet, very musical server. Technically, it’ll keep your digital rear guard covered for the long term, an important feature set when the landscape seems to change daily. Pair it with a top notch DAC, and you are set for stored files of all types, ripping your CD collection bit perfect, and, most importantly, the ability to stream at very high quality. I am happy to leave the music on it. Some ripped using the excellent ripper it has, others uploaded from NAS. All lossless FLAC with a few HD files in there. Pickup available in Sydney Lower North Shore or I can arrange shipping, insurance etc at buyer cost. I have the original packaging, double box for shipping. 17. Selling a brand new pair of Totem Tribe Towers in Satin Black - still in boxes and unopened. I ordered these through Audio Influence in Carlton and received just 2 days ago. Unfortunately my financial situation has changed in the past week and I regretfully now have to sell them on. As they are still in the boxes I have included photo's sourced from online plus the photo's I took of actual speakers in boxes. The Tribe Towers are a crossover-less design on the 2 x proprietary hand built 4 inch torrent drivers and a first order crossover on the 1.3" laser etched textile soft dome tweeter. All housed in a solid mitered joint cabinetry with borosilicate painted on the inside to further assist with dampening. There is also a mass loading section in the bottom for extra weight and improved bass response (Atacama Atabites inert filler is recommended). Gold plated bi-wire terminal sit on the back. Speakers stand at 93.5cm high and have a frequency response of 30Hz - 30,000Hz. Sensitivity is 89db into 4ohm. Would best suit a small to medium room. Price firmly set for a quick sale. You can learn more in this review below from Jay at Next Big Thing Studio:
  18. Further information: This unit was originally purchased about a year ago, however, for some strange reason, the USB port stopped working so I sent it back to the distributor. They decided to send me a brand new replacement and I have spent the past three weeks warming it in. Please note - this replacement has Chinese labels at the back. I have tried this amp with the Dan Clark Ether Flow 1.1 and Hifman HE1000SE and it drives them both with ease. My PC volume is set around 20/100 for listening and around 50/100 to make my ears bleed. It has a warm signature, which is wonderful for vocals and jazz music. I also tried using this Focal Arche purely as a DAC, outputting to my amp and I have to say, I prefer this over the Audio Matrix Element M. It made me fall in love with my KEF LS50 speakers again! And the beautiful thing about this headamp - all outputs work at the same time. Leave your headphones on, connect the output to your amp so you can also listen to your speakers. You do not need to unplug anything - want to listen to your speakers, turn your amp on, want to listen to your headphones - just put them on! Heck, connect two headphones on and you can compare both headphones at the same time. 19. Further information: This is a premium processor. I was going to set up a home cinema in our new home but aren't getting to it... Had a retail of A$8000 Review: At $6500 USD, the Anthem AVM 50v 3D costs only $500 more than its predecessor, the AVM 50v, yet offers superior value with a number of updates intended to offer the latest in 3D functionality It’s the AVM 50v 3D’s flexibility that sets it apart from the crowd, particularly the feature that gives you the option of running up to four sources per input, or one source as four different components. I found this feature simply brilliant When reviewing a two-channel preamplifier, one of the things I listen for is if the preamp itself adds or subtracts anything from the original recorded signal. What I hope to hear is the ideal: nothing added to or taken away from the sound of the recording. Reviewing a home-theater processor is a different story -- if I see low-level details, such as pores in someone’s skin, more clearly, or experience an explosion with a heightened sense of dynamism, both can add to the realism of the experience. Added realism is exactly what I was witness to during chapter 16 from Iron Man 2. In this chapter, Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and his military colleague, Lt. Col. James Rhodes (Don Cheadle), are discussing an attack plan as drones begin landing all around them. The thud of each drone’s touchdown was presented with a sense of impact, solidity, and transient speed that I’m not used to hearing. And the AVM 50v 3D’s video performance during this scene was simply stellar. As the camera pans around the atrium while the drones are landing, the motion is smooth and meticulous without even a hint of jaggedness. Gray-scale control was fantastic, revealing details in the shadowy background I hadn’t seen before: I could now see, in darker areas, where the grass ends and the bushes begin. I could count ripples in the water in the distant surrounding ponds, and could see individual leaves on the darker trees in the distant background. Wrapping up It had been some time since I’d reviewed any home-theater gear, and I didn’t realize how much I missed it until I’d spent some time with Anthem’s new AVM 50v 3D A/V processor. Fully configured, it generated the best picture and the most holistic soundstage I’ve seen or heard in my room. The levels of performance, engineering, and outright value that Anthem offers for $6500 scream "Benchmark product!" I’m going to have a hard time reacclimating to my Classé-Oppo combo. Highly recommended Photos: PLEASE READ If you include any reference to pricing whatsoever in this section (excluding RRP), your ad will not be approved If you are advertising multiple items, you must post one bulk price only, or post seperate ads for each item If you don't include photographs of the actual item being sold, your ad will not be approved You understand that a reasonable donation for selling fees is expected upon successful sale of your item - if you have previously sold items and not made a donation, your advertisement may not be approved.
  20. Up for sale is a crazy high end XLR full silver construction cable with of RRP ~$6100 from reputable cable maker Atlas. These were originally purchased from Lifestyle store in Sydney and I'm the 3rd owner but only a recent owner. Unfortunately after extensive testing, I prefer RCA connections rather than XLR connections for my setup, with similar feedbacks from other forums where my DAC prefers single ended out. Impressions of these cables from my 2 weeks testing are expansive soundstage, with very well placed staging. You can pin point the instrument like it's there. Vocals are crazy good, where you can feel the texture of the vocals like it's coming out of your own throat (I was listening on headphones). So, at this price it's a bargain to the next owner if it synergize well with your system. Comes with a heavy and sturdy wooden box fit for jewelries, which being full silver this might as well be. 21. Further information: Great subwoofer. Articulate and fast. Ideal for a two-channel application. Performs admirably for home theatre, too. Purchased about 5 years ago and only one owner since new. Comes with remote as pictured. Light scratches and a few external scrapes. See images for illustration and colour scheme. The driver is in perfect nick and has that incredible Focal finish and design. Pick up a great sounding bargain! Donation to StereoNet if sold via this forum. Pick up is preferred. I can ship via Pack and Send at buyers’ expense. See link for further details and specifications https://www.focal.com/en/home-audio/high-fidelity-speakers/sopra/subwoofers/sw-1000-be Images below.

  23. Further information: 5 speaker set up suitable for a small home theatre set up and just needs a subwoofer to make it perfect. Comprises of 2 x Anthony Gallo Stradas with floorstands for L&R duties, 1 x Anthony Gallo Centre Strada with wall mount and 2 x Anthony Gallo Stradas with bookstands for use as surrounds. All speakers in very good to excellent condition (very minor marks on a couple of grilles that are very hard to discern (see photos to see if you can see them:)). All tweeters are still nice and shiny with no oxidisation (not that any discolouration of the tweeter actually harms them). Great set of speakers that are discreet, extremely well built and put out a lovely sound. I may have a the bookstand for the centre speaker as well but need to look around for it. https://6moons.com/audioreviews/gallo10/strada.html https://hometheaterhifi.com/reviews/speaker/bookshelf/anthony-gallo-acoustics-reference-strada-loudspeaker-and-tr3-subwoofer/ Photos:
  24. Further information: This one hurts but I have to regrettably sell my home theatre due to moving. And need to downsize. I am selling my brains and Braun of my system which is the Denon AVR X4400H AV receiver. Purchased brand new from lifestyle store. This baby powers up my 5.2.4 Dolby atmos home theatre superbly. Also for sale are my Dali Zensor 7 5 speaker kit , 4 x Elac height channels and 2 SVS PB1000 subs. Would prefer to sell it to the one person but understand if I can’t. not much more to say but it’s pick up from Drummoyne and I’m sad to let it go. 25. Purchased from a fellow SNA member several months ago who has owned since new in 2018, I'm the second owner. Loved this amp and it drove my larger Q500 speakers incredibly, but i've decided to go back to tubes and move the system into a smaller room. Comes with remote and all original packaging plus a number of tubes as below and in photo Original tubes - 12AX7 and 2x6N1P Almost brand new Tung Sol AX7 gold pin NOS 12AX7 - bought from a tube store in the States. Telefunken flat 12AX7 old stock - Installed in amp. This is the best sounding ones to my ears. Voskhod 6N1P old stock - installed in amp and paired really well with the telefunken Shipping Oz wide is included in the price, and given that + extras, price is firm.
