  3. Item: Quad 33 preamp Location: Melbourne Price: Sold Item Condition: Excellent! Fully recap Reason for selling: addicted to Naim now Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal(plus 3%) Extra Info: Very famous and classic preamp. Bought a few months ago from a friend of Melbourne. It had a Quad service in 2006. I just fully recap it by applying the “DaDa electronics Quad 33 Revision - Illustrated Guidelines”. The sound is very smooth, analogue, without losing any details. The components that I used are exceedingly high quality, some of them are rare. I use Film capacitors as much as possible, most of them are Wima MKS and MKP. In the key parts, I used the Solen MKP. All electrolytic capacitors are Nichicon MUSE KZ series and Elna Cerafine series(really spent a lot of time to find them). All transistor are low-noise and I matched their hfe. What I want to say is that I really like this preamp and I spent a lot of time and energy on it. It is now very stable and reliable. The most important thing is the sound good. I think you can use it for many many years. Include all interconnection and power cables. Happy to ship it, I think the shipping fee around $30 within east coast Pictures:
  4. Item: AMR DP777SE with Gemini cable Location: Brisbane Price: 4700 ONO Item Condition: Excellent Reason for selling: Not used Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Bank Transfer Extra Info: Ive now got a pair of avantgarde zeros so the amr is redundant. I was going to keep it for a second system but I doubt I'll ever get around to it so it time to let it go Ive had a couple of questions about which version this is so just to clarify, this is the "signature" edition. Some people seem to think the version with the quad board upgrade or USB board upgrade is the SE "signature" edition, it isnt. The signature is a complete overhaul of the previous version which was the base model with a quad board upgrade. Pictures:
