  1. Further information: This is brand new Denon amplifier, gift from the friend working with audio shop - one of the Denon distributors. Latest model with Bluetooth and MM Phono equaliser. All positive feedback on internet and YouTube. Original Box with inovice, warranty, from Dec 2020. 2 yrs Denon Australia. Only opened for test, very very powerful. More than I expected. You won't go wrong with this amp. Don't miss it. Please don't Bargain. HIGH POWER 70W INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER with Bluetooth, and MM Phono Equalizer Power your loudspeakers with the Denon PMA-600NE integrated amplifier. Engineered with remarkable Denon amplifier technology, the PMA-600NE delivers 70 Watts of power-per-channel (4ohm, 1kHz, THD 0.7%). This integrated amplifier offers compatibility with the widest range of speaker types and impedances for operational stability. https://www.denon.com/en-au/shop/amplifier/pma600ne Photos: PLEASE READ If you include any reference to pricing whatsoever in this section (excluding RRP), your ad will not be approved If you are advertising multiple items, you must post one bulk price only, or post seperate ads for each item If you don't include photographs of the actual item being sold, your ad will not be approved You understand that a reasonable donation for selling fees is expected upon successful sale of your item - if you have previously sold items and not made a donation, your advertisement may not be approved.
  2. Item: Denon DVD-BD3800 blu-ray player. Price Range: free upon pick-up. Item Condition: very good condition but not functioning. not sure what might be required to get it working. Extra Info: Please don't forget to report your post as FOUND when possible. (You can now delete this text).
  3. Further information: Selling my used integrated amplifier Denon PMA-720. I'm the second owner, not sure how old it really is. Sounds great and works alright but left channel sometimes drops out and you have to fiddle with the selector. I had it cleaned and serviced professionally two years ago, but it didn't help with this issue unfortunately. Has served me well but I've upgraded so it's time for it to find a new home. 4. Further information: Hi guys 2grand for an intergrated amp with dac is a fantastic price. This amp is superb. Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
  5. Further information: Near new condition. In warranty until 2022. This is the latest HS2 version of this speaker. Big sound, it replaced my SONOS Play 5 Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
  6. Last minute edit - I haven't tested if it still works or not, but am happy to do so for straight stereo if that matters Item: Denon AVC-A11SR (a beast back in it's day!) - review here Price Range: Free to a good home! StereoNet donation appreciated Collection Option: In-person pickup from Thornbury (Victoria) with limited personal contact Item Condition: Used Extra Info: Served me well for quite a while, until I moved onto a newer amp and it's been collecting dust ever since. A few things to note: Sound turns on and off in what appears to be the amp continuously engaging/disengaging the headphone jack. Might be an easy fix but who knows?!? as per the photo's, the two main caps are bulging. Not sure if that's an issue or if they are easily replaceable for someone in the know. Comes with remote, power cable and manual (of which the English part is a whopping 42 pages). Shipping isn't an option as it weighs 20.5kg. From what I remember, it's a typical Denon sound - neutral and smooth. Somewhat better than my mid tier surround amp, but without the room correction.
  7. Further information: I bought this a couple of years ago. Sounds great, I put about 40 hours on it then got a good deal on a Garrott P77i. I was keeping it as a spare, but as the Garrott has a replaceable stylus there’s no need to hang onto it, so out it goes. 8. Further information: This is an award winning integrated amplifier from Denon with Australian power specifications. It is made in Japan. You can read the summary review: https://www.hifichoice.com/content/awards-2010-amplifiers-£1000 The Denon catalogue also featured it as an award winning amp from EISA 2010-2011. It works beautifully and even has MM/MC phone stage. It can drive my Audio Technica MC flagship OC model AT-OC9XSL cartridge (0.4mV) and sounds great via my Paradigm Studio 20 speakers. It can be used as integrated amp, power amp and pre-amp. See photos for various setup in the manual. Specifications of the amp: Refer to photo. I bought in early 2011 (RRP - Around $1700) and used it for a year and then upgraded to Luxman amp. It has been sitting in the Hi fi room all this time. There are two very minor hairline scratches on the front. They are not noticeable unless you examine in close scrutiny. Please see photos. This amplifier is rather heavy -15.5kg so I prefer local pickup. It comes with the original manual, power cable, unused remote and original box. Will include the Denon catalogue featuring this amp. I can ship interstate if buyer is keen and there will be additional shipping costs. Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
  9. Well regarded tuner in its day. In good used condition I also have an Arcam alpha 8 tuner
  10. Further information: Bought these used not too long ago as an upgrade for my th-x00s, but also recently found a pair of focal elears for a good price which I'm using way more than these. They're in decent condition, but showing a few signs of wear, but it makes no difference to the sound or structural integrity of the headphones, just a few scuffs here and there. I've tried to picture all wear that you can see. There is also no box, but will pack it up nicely if you would like shipping. Photos:
  11. Further information: This very little used deck is in excellent working condition. It was mainly used for recording off FM, and it was used just recently to transfer some family recordings to digital. There are some small and light scratches and smudges on the case, mainly the top, but the front panel is very clean with just some minor smudging from touching the controls. The display is unmarked, clear, bright and sharp. I have always been impressed with just how good these old high quality decks can sound! Comes with original box, manual, and remote (never used). Box measures 500 x 365 x 170mm and packed it weighs 5.6kg. Happy to post at buyers expense. $10 will be donated to stereo.net.au. 12. Further information: Denon Flagship AVC-A1 No need to explain too much. Definitely bargaining price. Denon AVC-A1 5.1 Dolby Digital AC-3, THX AV Amplifier. 5 x 140W 8 ohm Made in Japan, was $4,999rrp. Still in Excellent Condition!! Accessories - Remote Control in A- Condition too. Photos:
  13. Further information: This is a sweet little Denon tuner from around 1979-80 which was produced to match the SA-3900 amp. These units are very rare, and different from other Denon units of the same era - note the different logo and fonts on the faceplate. This tuner has a few scratches around the power switch, but all lights and the VU meters work. The tuner section is decent and will pick up stations with just bare speaker wire. The AM antenna is intact. There's some info on The Vintage Knob about the 3900 pair. SA-3900 & ST-3900 Note: the Pioneer TX-608 tuner is available in a separate listing. 14. Further information: I've owned this amp for a few years and it has always brought a smile to my face. It looks stunning and sounds amazing. Crazy amount of power on tap (110w into 8 ohms / 130 into 6). Side panels are custom made with high gloss Jarrah varnish - they really add to the presentation of this amp. There is a bit of pitting on the top of the amp, but a light sand and re-spray will make it look great. No major marks on the faceplate other than a small visible scratch to the top left of the Function Selector knob. It is a hefty 18kgs and includes coax and optical digital line inputs. MM and MC phono inputs. I've listened to this amp alongside the similar era and specced Sony TA-F700ES, and the Denon kills it for finesse, control and presentation. Pretty rare in Australia too. The original sale price in Japan was the equivalent of $1900 today. Now that restrictions have been eased a little in Victoria, auditions with COVID safe precautions may be possible. Happy to ship at your expense. Questions welcome. 15. Further information: Denon AVR-X 1500H 7.2 channel AV receiver up for sale. This has all the functionality and connectivity that most people will ever need, including DTS:X, Dolby Atmos, HDR, HLG, HEOS multi-room streaming (including Spotify and Tidal), Amazon Alexa voice compatability and Audyssey MultEQ XT setup. The unit is in excellent condition and presents as new. The reason for selling is a recent change of heart, starting over with a 2-channel system. As I no longer have the original packaging, local pick-up is required. 19. Hi all Seeking your assistance please! I am about to upgrade to a low output MC cartridge (along with a MC tube phono stage). And I am confused by tonearm weight, cartridge compliance etc I have a customised Rega tt, with a Grace G840 arm. Full set up is listed below. I think I have narrowed it down to the Denon 103R, and the Denon 301 mk2. From what I have read, I may find the 301 mk2 has 'better' sound, due to its elliptical stylus. It is apparently best suited to a low mass tonearm. The 103R (conical) is more suited to high mass arm. But, my Grace G840f is a medium mass arm apparently. From what I gather, the Grace G840 will definitely be fine with the 103R, and most likely also fine with the 301 mk2, which is the direction I am leaning. The Grace G840 has effective mass of 18g, and a recommended cartridge weight of 4-19g. The price difference is negligible (the 301 is around $100 more). Can anyone offer me some guidance? My set up is as follows Rega customised TT Grace G840 Primaluna Dialogue Integrated Premium Tannoy XT8F Project Phono Box S2 (currently upgrading to a MC tube phono stage currently) SVS SB-2000 Pro Thanks very much in advance ?
  20. Hi Everyone, this turntable I made myself is up for sale. The plinth is 6 sheets of 16mm MDF, hand finished and spray painted in gloss black. The Denon motor unit runs smoothly and silently and holds speed perfectly. The Acos Lustre tonearm is in mint condition and installed exactly to specification. Offered with Ortofon MC10 Mk II cartridge - with brand new cantilever and stylus tip from Audio Dynamics/Garrott Brothers. Receipt available for this work completed just a few weeks ago. As hard as this might be to believe, sound wise it gives my Michell Orbe a run for it's money. I'm only selling because I have also built a slightly improved version which I am keeping myself. Very unique looks (everyone that has seen it loves it). Able to audition by appointment if you are serious. There is some flexibility re the cartridge included (I have a few, or it can be sold without a cartridge if you prefer) and also I have a different Acos tonearm that could be included instead. Price will be adapted according to final spec of course. I'm confident that if anyone makes the time to come and see and hear it they will end up taking it away with them! Even if you're not a buyer, let me know what you think of it anyway! I have had such fun making it. 21. Further information: This Denon DCD 755AR CDP is in excellent condition. Comes with remote (unused), manual and power cord. Specs here: https://www.hifiengine.com/manual_library/denon/dcd-755.shtml I've enjoyed owning this CDP, but I no longer have any use for it. It's working perfectly. Minimal signs of use. Delivery might be possible if you are in inner Sydney suburbs or close to M4, please ask. Photos:
  22. Further information: The Denon AVP A1HD was built as a no-compromise AVP pre-amplifier. The unit offered for sale is in excellent order, visually and aurally. Too many features to list, but the unit was upgraded to support Audyssey Dynamic Volume. See https://www.denon.com/en-au/shop/avreceiver/avpa1hda. Original reviews included https://www.audioholics.com/av-preamp-processor-reviews/denon-avp-a1hdci. The audio side of the unit remains excellent. I am the original owner, and can ship (would prefer pick-up as the unit is 32.5kg) in the original box. The unit has been housed in an open-framed hifi rack, the Spider rack, providing outstanding cooling for all components. Shipping/ insurance to be purchased by buyer. Local pickup is preferred. Reasonable offers considered. Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
  23. Hello all! I'm on the hunt for a stereo AM/FM tuner to add to my elderly father's Denon system. His receiver recently gave up the ghost and he is now sporting a PMA-720ae amplifier and a DCD-520ae CD player. He is barely past steam power when it comes to adopting modern technology and loves his ABC classical FM so I'm looking to add a fairly simple tuner that ideally fits with the style of his Amp/CD player (Network players etc would be wasted) My question is what Denon model tuner would be best suited? My googling efforts bring up a bewildering array of units. Any advice would be much appreciated. (Also if anyone is selling a suitable unit by all means get in touch). Thanks in advance, Yuri.
  24. Item: denon intergrated plus dac 2500ne Location: campsie Price: 3,100 Item Condition: new Reason for selling: nlr Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: for 3100$ good luck beating this. Smooth silky vocals with good bass control. the dac isn't too bad, bit this unit really shines with vinyl .. the only issue with the dac is it may lack overall dynamics. And is a touch forward. But!! That's comparing it to seperate dacs over 6 grand. Hence why i say for 3k this will be very hard to beat i purchased brand new with 2 years warranty . only 15 hours on unit (**I'm only selling this unit because my accuphase poweramp is not selling. If someone wants to bid for the accuphase then i can keep this denon ???**) Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
