  1. Further Information: PRICE DROP Beautifully built high-end CD player 24bit 192 dual Burr Brown DAC (not Wolfson as previously stated) Sophisticated triple stage circuit for jitter reduction Upsampling to 768 - selectable on the front panel I got this about five years ago and it started to skip on some CDs so I bought another player I decided it was too good not to fix so I got a new mech fitted start of the year and have finally got round to selling it. At the time I compared it to new machines around the 5-8K price point and liked it better than anything I heard. Its a lot more natural sounding than other north American players i've come across. Plenty of detail and scale combined with good timing. Comes with remote, original manual and power cable- no box
  2. Further information: Hi All, I am looking to sell some of my like new condition Audiophile CDs collection. All are in excellent and like new condition. Note that all CDs are Audiophile grade SACD, XRCD, HDCD etc. Price stated is for the whole bulk but I am keen to sell individually or split. Appreciate no lowballs offer as this is not a desperate sale. Any information/details required, feel free to reach me by PM to discuss further. Thank you for viewing. Cheers Photos: PLEASE READ If you include any reference to pricing whatsoever in this section (excluding RRP), your ad will not be approved Do not include Whatsapp or Phone Numbers in your post. 3. For sale is this collaboration between Arcam and dCS (maker of RingDACs which sell for tens of thousands of dollars) and is one of only 5 dCS RingDAC players with such DAC. Additionally it has Pacific Microsonics PMD-100 HDCD filter / decoder and one of the better Sony lasers, the KSS-240 It reads CDs at half the power of most CD players (0.05mW, whereas most are set to 0.1mW and some even double that again) and reads any CD or CD-R. Capacitors used are mostly Rubycon and ELNA Silmic and Cerafine plus a solitary Sanyo Os-Con. 6 voltage regulators. Very good condition throughout and the remote having couple of blemishes. Will post anywhere in Australia with cost to major centres of about $29 or about $50 for TNT Technology Sensitive Service. Local Perth buyer can enjoy 12 month almost Unconditional Warranty (almost, because it excludes accidental damage, spilling of liquids and lightning strike/power surge etc.). You can see it in action on my uTube channel hear-net-au by clicking HERE Photos:
  4. A must for fans of the man, this out of print set is a must. postage is $10 My other Springsteen CDs are also for sale here
  5. Item: PMD100 HDCD chip and DF1704 chip on DIP28 adaptor board Location: Ingleburn, south-western Sydney Price: $40 delivered Australia-wide - now $30 delivered for BOTH chips - dirt cheap! Item Condition: PMD100 brand new, DF1704 used but in excellent condition Reason for selling: surplus Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: These digital filter chips are surplus as a result of converting my audio-gd DAC3SE to a DSP1V5 filter board instead. The PMD100 is brand new, and these sell for between $70-120 on ebay as they are no longer produced. The DF1704 comes installed on a DIP28 adaptor board, which is the same pin pattern as the PMD100. DF1704 adaptor boards are 79 euro from audiotuning.de, although the version I am selling is the audio-gd version. With some creative circuit design and selectable switches/options, you could configure your DAC to suit both of these filter chips, enabling you to swap between them and change the sound noticeably. Suits DACs built around the PCM1704 and PCM63 chips etc. The PMD100 chip is quite legendary and is held in extremely high regard. Google will reveal all. http://tech.juaneda.com/download/PMD100.pdf Pictures:
