  1. I decided to go with an Amazon Echo Dot third generation. It has a lineout in a reasonably small form factor.
  2. I am considering getting an Edifier S3000pro powered bookshelf speakers. Whilst they support Bluetooth 5.0 with AptX, I would like to be able to stream music to them via WIFI. What options are there to convert these into WIFI speakers? Originally I was thinking perhaps something like a Chromecast Audio, but they don't exist anymore. The list of available inputs on the Edifier S3000pro can be seen in the attached specs.
  3. I downloaded the Denon CEOL-N10 product information which gives more details. They are claiming 65W per channel (see attached image).
  4. I have a set of Sony SS H801V passive speakers. They are rated for use at 6+ ohms. I want to pair them up with a relative compact and not overly expensive amplifier with WIFI connectivity. I am toying up between the Yamaha WXA-50 and the Denon CEOL-N10. The Yamaha seems more than capable of driving these speakers, but I am not so sure on the Denon CEOL-N10. According to the Denon specs page (see attached image) it states "Power Output (6 ohm, 1kHz): 60 W / 4 ohms". Despite the label on the specs page saying 6 ohms it gives no indication of how many watts it delivers at 6 ohms. Does anyone kno
  5. Hi, I am new to the world of stereos. I have an pair of Sony SS 801V speakers which where part of a Sony mini hifi system. I love these speakers but the accompanying mini hifi system is a huge and rather out of date (tape deck anyone?). Am looking for a wireless amp to pair with these speakers and realise that I know nothing about pair an amp with speakers so thought I would join this forum to seek advice.
