  1. It is actually running at the top of the Classisfieds page as of a few minutes ago.
  2. Pretty sure you use the code 'stereonet' at checkout. There is an ad on the SNA website I saw.
  3. Worth a look, listen too, with extra 10% off for SNA on Dynaudio atm, takes it a few coffees over your budget:
  4. Available now options. Although the ProAcs may have been withdrawn would need to pm.
  5. Another option may be DIY, or supply the cable, plugs and sockets to an electrician to make up. Parts-express, Jaycar and Cablechick would be some options for supply of component parts and here is an overview: https://youtu.be/BtAD6u-uaAw
  6. Ah........ interesting. When I spoke to Convoy Australia tech support they only mentioned cable connection inasmuch as trying that as an alternative, to test if that was the issue. They questioned signal strength via indicator on the BluOS app under Help/Diagnostics. In any case since the updates as described I have had perfect playback function, to date.
  7. Apologies, I was one of those going off on a tangent, talking about power conditioning etc! Try here: https://www.jaycar.com.au/3pin-mains-plug-to-iec-c13-female-5m/p/PS4105 They are, as far as I know, well engineered Australian IEC power cables without any claims to superlative audiophile purity.
  8. I haven't upgraded power cables so from the pc unit to components is still very basic quality, but I recently bought a cheap power conditioner (circa $250.00) designed for a stack in a recording studio environment. It has 8 x IEC-C13 sockets and so adaptors are needed to plug components in (circa $4.00 each) I currently have 3 x spare sockets. I can't recall a better 'bang for buck' addition. A significant SQ improvement. Interestingly I thought we received 240v through our wall sockets but it actually seems to sit above 250v most of the time according to the readout on the pc unit.
  9. Apologies, the firmware update referred to for the second time, in the second para above should read 3.10.0
  10. The firmware updates 3.10.0 and possibly the 3.10.3 may not be downloading correctly via wireless - not 'taking' as it were. Downloading the updates to a USB stick and manually upgrading the player via its USB port addressed the issue in my case. I have advised Bluesound tech support in Australia at Convoy International. For me, after the 3.10.0 update issues arose with playback of Tidal, Masters and CD, on my Node 2 which were not present prior. It seemed to be signal strength issue via wireless connection - buffering dropping out playing intermittently - although I had good to excellent signal strength and 65-70 MBPS speeds. After looking at the fixes online via Bluesound help etc, upgrading and changing the modem/router, using a cable connection from player to modem and installing a range extender, all to no avail, I downloaded the 3.10.1 upgrade to a clean USB stick and did a manual upgrade. This appears to have resolved the playback issues and have had correct playback function since. This of course does not address possible native Tidal issues which I first thought the above described issue was.
  11. What device(s) you are using for streaming? If Bluesound I can suggest something to try.
  12. Just offering this to those streaming Tidal through a Bluesound Node 2 (or possibly other Bluesound products) - and apologies if this has already been covered in the thread; For me, after the 3.10.0 update issues arose with playback of Tidal, Masters and CD, on my Node 2 which were not present prior. It seemed to be signal strength issue via wireless connection - buffering dropping out playing intermittently. After looking at the fixes online via Bluesound help etc, upgrading and changing the modem/router, using a cable connection from player to modem and installing a range extender, all to no avail, I downloaded the 3.10.1 upgrade to a clean USB stick and did a manual upgrade. This appears to have resolved the playback issues and have had 2 days now of correct playback function. This does not address possible Tidal, as source, issues and is likely only relevant to Bluesound users.
  13. Hi everyone, just going through the introduction process so I hope you are all doing well under the current circumstances and looking forward to contributing to and learning from the ongoing discussions around this endlessly fascinating pursuit.
