  1. Hi, I'm selling a brand new drop THX 789 plus a 4 pin XLR drop adapter Basically, I listened to my friend's one in the beginning of the year and decided to buy one, hoping that it will give me a different "color". I purchased the amp in late April and it took 10 weeks to arrive. I had another amp delivered few weeks ago which turned out sounded more in line with my music. I don't think I'll use the 789 much in the future so I'm putting these up for sale as a combo with the adapter. Obviously I I took the amp out to test its input/output as I think Drop has 30 days free return policy. Note that I didn't use it for my personal listening (done that with my friend's one) so no need to compare again. The adapter arrived yesterday, which included in the total selling price (https://drop.com/buy/drop-4-pin-xlr-to-trrs-adapter) Few notes: Tracking pics attached just in case you have any doubt with the new condition Local delivery included in price (Australia only). The power adapter has a US plug so you will need an adapter (see pic). Its a universal one so no need for a transformer. AUD/USD exchange rate was quite bad back then hence the high price. Shoot me an offer if you're interested and I'll try to get back to you asap. Cheers, Seb
  2. I have one but hasn't spent a lot of time with it, only got it in April and mostly listening music from my portable. My can are the aiva and aeon 2, but I use them for different type of music. Is there any specific thing that you're looking for?
  3. Anyone still looking for a THX789?
  4. Hello, A little about me. Been enjoying audio from my uni life - mostly car audio. Then I moved to Australia and only recently had time to properly come back to the audio world. Bought a few hi-fi headphones (Aiva and Aeon 2), amps (789 and rebel), and DAC (X8) to complement my TV setup. I'm not really into the home audio stuff (yet) because I live in a townhouse complex with thin walls and really don't have a lot of time in front of my TV so my Z9D, focal dimension, and my dad old sub fit just right. Looking to join the forum to keep up to date with news, related products, and others' setup. Cheers' Seb
