  1. They are mk3 Vulkans, I would buy them back in a heartbeat but I have my speaker funds in other items, plus I've recently got a pair of Quadral Wontan's, which sound great and are more room friendly, Good luck with the sale
  2. Mine are vinyl, I presume yours are as well, if it's not lifting on the edges, then they are in great shape, you could remove the terminal from the back and have a poke and a scratch
  3. if TL40's then they're vinyl, I have a pair and another pair in parts, in the future I'm planning on recovering mine with real wood veneer

Further information: I am seling my Pioneer S-HF10 speakers as I have an opportunity to purchase a "wish list" pair of speakers, These Pioneer are a bit of a mystery, the only info on the web is a service manual and some talk that the 10" drivers are made by TAD, TAD (I believe) is the high end audio section of Pioneer, and retail for big $'s, These driver have no roll surround, They run up an down in a cast Aluminium basket, to keep the cones centered there are TWO spiders per drivers, very interesting design They are a good sounding speaker with nice bass, good detail and a slight
