Hi all, Looking for some assistance in finding out next best step to take in improving my current set up. Bit of a gumby when it comes to what to do I currently have a Pioneer LP30 turntable and a Yamaha HTR-6130 receiver, with Yamaha NS-333 speakers. The speakers were a the most recent addition, as found them here on classifieds at a good price and they replaced some terrible basic home theatre speakers.. I'm not a fan of my receiver, as it was a budget one I bought years ago and I'm not wrapped with the sound I'm getting. Without spending a lot of money,

One of the albums I've always wanted on vinyl - Sigur Ros - Takk. Just re-released...and it is beautiful

I stopped after Season 2, as it changes location mfrom Vancouver Island and wanted to have a break to lesson the comparison I would make it my head. I like that it is actually a challenge and need grit and skills there's not the usually personality issues with contestants plotting and fighting.

Has anyone watched the reality show "Alone"? I've seen series 1 & 2 and really enjoyed them. Not a usual reality show, as they need skills to be a contestant in it.

Agree, fantastic album. Had tickets to see them at Brisbane Festival Hall for this album tour, but they cancelled the tour. I think it was down to Adam (singer) being sick or having a throat issue

Sonic Sherpa at Stones corner is my regular shop. The owners previously had Skinny's in the city, which was a great shop, with heaps of In-store gigs in the 90's
