  1. I don't know the seller, but I do know these IEMs - buy them! They are amazing and at this price are impossible to beat IMO
  2. LOL. I was chatting with work colleagues this week about that, saying how much I don't like hearing my own voice. I think most of us are like that it seems. As for the quiet tones, that's called my "baby is asleep in the room next door" voice 😆 Only my Oyaide neo d+ which I was planning to keep for the handy length
  3. Further information: I bought the WireWorld USB cable as part of an affordable USB cable comparison video I am releasing soon and while I didn't end up drawing any strong conclusions on the subjective quality of any of the three cables, I felt they were all much better made than most of the generic cables I've come across so even if you don't believe in USB cables changing the sound, this is a nicely made and still very affordable cable. For the sake of curiosity, the three cables in question were the Supra USB, WireWorld Chroma 8 (this one) and the Oyaide Neo d+ and th
  4. Further information: Very reluctant sale that I have tossed and turned over for months because it's not getting a lot of use, but I just LOVE it's sound. In the end, the need to buy more gear for reviews has gotten the better of me so it's up for sale... Still one of the very best DAPs you can buy. The Stainless Steel version is an improvement over all the other versions of the AK240. 5. The R70X is a little-known high impedance headphone alternative to the ubiquitous Sennheisers and beyerdynamics we all know. Rated at 470 ohms and 99dB, they're pretty easy to drive from desktop gear, but work well with OTL and high output impedance gear. They've got a pretty neutral tuning and use Audio Technica's excellent sprung wing headpads for good, long term comfort. These are very lightly used and even have the plastic over the logos in the centre of each grille still. Included with them is: Original cable Original box Soft pouch
  6. A wonderful IEM with great bass due to the special bass driver design. I'm the second owner, but these are VERY lightly used and come with: All 3 nozzle for tuning, the carry vial and key 2 x MMCX cables BT2 adapter for wireless use Hard case and soft case A range of (unused) foam tips plus a pair of (unused) Westone foam tips Volume adapter for high output devices Airplane adaptor Lapel clip 6.3mm adapter Original box, polishing cloth and information materials Photos: PLEASE READ If you inc

  8. Further information: I received this cable as part of a purchase here on the forum. My understanding is that it is worth $1100 brand new. It's a beautiful cable that appears to be a combination of silver and copper wire. If you know Aurealis Audio, you'll know how beautifully made (and of high quality materials) his cables always are. The cable is in great condition with the only signs of use being on the 6.3mm connector shaft from being plugged/unplugged Updated with some info from Geoff at Aurealis about the wires that makeup the cable:
  9. Thanks @dan-m9. I can't say I'm overly impressed, but I didn't go to the trouble of sourcing any exotic tubes for this one so I've called that out in the review. Definitely ba good option for people wanting to play with tubes/OTL at a good price though.
  10. Further information: I bought this for review purposes so it has very few hours on it (enough to burn-in and test/compare). Otherwise it's like new with all original packaging, manual, etc. I had packed it up because I thought I'd already sold it so let me know if you want any other specific images - happy to provide.
