  1. Further information: Mint Thorens TD-160B MKII Turntable with original box and manual , SME 3009 tonearm with manual & Stanton 681EEE Cartridge for sale. All the correct era combination in mint condition. The Thorens TD-160B MKII turnatable and the SME 3009 tonearm was serviced, tuned and set up with the Stanton 681EEE Cartridge. The power cord was changed because the old one has harden due to age. It comes with the original box, packaging and manuals for both the turntable and the tonearm. The condition is very good, no scratch or dent. The cover does has some light swirl mark. Please check out the pictures.

ALUMINIUM TOP & BOTTOM BRACING The Precision Series used a multi-material hybridised structure. This design philosophy has been developed by Wilson Benesch over three-decades of loudspeaker enclosure design. By combining multiple-materials in this way the designer is essentially forming a composite structure that allows the unique properties of each material to be used to create a design advantage. The unit was used very carefully to record some rare recordings for digital converting and editing. The unit is then boxed up since. A rare find in as new condition. Beautiful copper chassis and wooden side panel.

The unit was a very hard to find to begin with and after purchase the unit is then sent to Tom van der Hoff in Maassluis the Netherlands to be fully check, test and re tuned last year March. He is one of the very well respected Nakamichi technician in the world. Receipt will be passed on to the buyer. The sticker at the back of the unit clearly dated the service. Please note that the unit is 120V. The unit is then used very carefully to extract some rare recordings for digital converting. The unit is then boxed up since. If you know Nakamichi then you know how good this unit is.
