  1. Further information: I have only had these speakers for just over six months. I bought them ‘on the spur of the moment’ and was absolutely floored when I had the chance to listen to them. Two things really hit – the treble from the Jet ribbon tweeters and the amount of bass. I had not owned speakers with ribbon tweeters before wasn’t anticipating their “crispness” or top end extension. And the bass, my previous speakers had 15inch drivers but the Elac’s extended far below those – totally unexpected. With a little research, I learnt more about the Elac cabinet design and how t
  2. No, I am sorry but this is a fixed price. If they don't sell I will keep them for the time being.
  3. Further information: A great pair of speakers with twin 15 inch divers per speaker and a compression driver handling mids and highs mounted into the rear of the top bass driver. There are good reviews and information on these speakers online. Easy to drive, can be used with low or high powered amplifiers. I have greatly enjoyed these speakers but time for an upgrade and something different. There are a number of small spots where the red paint/finish has been chipped or rubbed off. I have highlighted the main ones in the photos. I have original boxing so shipping is an option at a
  4. Parasound New Classic Model 2250 Two Channel Power Amplifier Plenty of power here. It may not be the latest model no problems faithfully driving any of the Elac, Spatial or B&W floor standers I have. • THX Ultra2 certified • 250 watts rms per channel into 8 Ω, all channels driven • 400 watts rms per channel into 4 Ω, all channels driven • 385 watts rms per channel into 2 Ω, all channels driven • 700 watts rms bridged into 8 Ω or 4 Ω mono There is a little mechanical buzzing when close to the amplifier but dissipates quickly as you move aw
  5. Further information: I bought this unit new 2 months ago and was very surprised by the sound quality improvement it made. I was half expecting that I would hear little difference. Fortunately, I was very wrong. In my room, with my system, the lower frequency range of the speakers were extended and tighten up, plus the sound stage opened right out, even sounding as though it extended beyond the outside of the speakers. I am now going to upgrade to the SHD Studio for further integration into my system. The Dirac Live licence is easily transferred by the buyer using the serial
  6. Further information: Bought from Audio Trends only two months ago and is still in "as new" condition. Original boxing available and can be posted. Works perfectly as described in many online reviews. I have recently been exploring the use of Dirac live DSP and have decided to buy a streaming unit with built in DSP functionality. So unfortunately I no longer need this unit. Please post any questions if any more information is required.
