  6. Just a few items remain & I’m happy to be flexible on price to see them go - it’s painful enough as it is so keen it doesn’t drag on indefinitely
  7. To save any further approaches - I’ve agreed a deal for the XPS pending payment - If that falls through I’ll contact those who’ve direct messaged me - it seems it must be one of the most popular NAIM upgrades (or perhaps It’s just a REALLY good price!) as I could have sold it many times over The remaining items can be taken together for a package price of $5,800 now
  8. Item: ISOTEK EVO3 SEQUEL POWER CABLE x 3 Location: SYDNEY Price: $300 each Item Condition: As New Reason for selling: Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: 3x IsoTek Sequel Power Cords with C13 terminations - unused (rrp $529) - my price $300 each The EVO3 Sequel offers increased performance over IsoTek's multi-award winning entry level EVO3 Premier power cable, by featuring optimised conductor strand geometry and active shielding. Hailed by reviewers worldwide for breaking new ground at its price point, IsoTek’s entry level EVO3 Premier is a high performance, low-cost power cable that offers a realistic solution for anyone seeking an affordable upgrade over the freebie ‘kettle’ leads supplied with most audio and AV equipment. Now the Premier is joined by the new EVO3 Sequel, an upgraded but still highly affordable power cable offering a number of additional benefits. The Sequel comes in a standard length of 2m, compared to the Premier’s 1.5m. Like the Premier, it uses silver-plated oxygen-free copper conductors twisted together to aid EMI/RFI rejection, but in the Sequel the conductor geometry is improved with optimised thickness of the individual strands. The Sequel also incorporates more advanced ‘active’ shielding under its PVC outer sheath, similar to that used in IsoTek’s more costly cables. The EVO3 Sequel is IsoTek’s second-tier power cable, slotting in between the entry level EVO3 Premier and the mid-level EVO3 Elite. 10. Thanks for the offer Ian - much appreciated I’ll reach out if I decide to try before I buy but I feel I’ve got enough views and reviews to confirm it wouldn’t be a mistake to go the Teddy route. The only question remaining is really which one to go for: The DualTeddyCap or the just the TeddyCapPlus & keep the HighCap I’m leaning to a DualTeddyCap approach and using the HighCap sale to fund it ......... but that then gets me thinking about selling the XPS with my CDX-2 and getting a TeddyXPS - Cheaper, newer and won’t require the Naim capacitors recapping every 10years - what’s not to like?!!
  11. I’m looking to power my NAC 200 & possibly my Headline I have 2 options - would be interested in your thoughts 1 is get a TC+ (1 HC+1SC equiv) to fully power the NAC 200 and retain my Naim HiCap DR for the headline or 2 is to get the double TC+ which is the equivalent of 2 HC + 1 SC and sell the HiCap to fund the upgrade option 2 seems the most sensible but I’m nervous I’ll miss the HiCap
  12. I’m sick of cable swapping as I’m sharing power supplies across components for my Naim system - Has anyone actually experienced the Teddy Cap power supplies? There are plenty of positive reviews on line but we all know what works for one might not for others. I’m interested to hear any views thanks
  13. Thx for the welcome GS & djb I use NDX & CDX-2 as sources powered by a XPS (it’s painful swapping the Burndy every time I switch though!) into 202 & 200 with HiCap which doubles as power supply when I use my Headline which is another pain and becoming more frequent :-( I’m looking at a Teddy Cap to address that - the PMCs are FB1s what do you use GS?
  14. Seems half of Manly is signing up! Must be the heat that’s driving us all indoors. The upside is more listening time 🙂 I’m a die hard Naim tragic struggling with the move to streaming and battling to keep a space after a full on reno - I think it will require some change of hardware so will be checking out the classifieds shortly Has anyone heard the Brigadier mu2 bookshelf speakers? I just did & they run my PMCs pretty close which is quite an achievement from 32cm!😯 Maybe it’s time to downsize to keep the peace
