  1. Item: abyss 1266 CC Location: Canberra Price: 4200 Item Condition: mint Reason for selling: funding for TC version Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: Grab a ultimate bargain for top end headphones. Ultimate resolution, soundstage, dynamics and best bass for any headphones (but well controlled) plus more balanced tonality than original 1266. Clearly beats HD800 in direct comparison in terms of everything. I am confident to say that they are the absolute best headphones for orchestra music/symphonies, neoclassic/new age and all the "large scale" music. Much better resolution and even bigger soundstage than HD800 makes 1266cc the best fit for replaying symphonies(you must try Fritz Reiner's Dvorak No.9 DSD on 1266cc!). More importantly, unlike HD800's recessed mids, 1266cc is more balanced and detailed so it is still great for vocals(especially female vocals) and other kinds of music. Selling it only beacuse I prefer the even more detailed TC version. 4200 is really low price so sorry not negotiable. Purchaed from A2A with receipts and within warranty. (CC stands for Ceramic coated for less resonance and cc version has upgraded ear pads from phi version. so 1266OG-phi-CC-TC. CC is the 3rd gen of 1266.) 2. Me too. I prefer abyss 1266phi CC over utopia because I love symphonies.
  3. same paint drop on my phi cc. Hows the TC version compared to phi?
  4. 1266 has these models: original model, phi, CC and TC. Mine is CC
  5. Item: Sennheiser HD800 Location:ACT Price: 900AUD ONO Item Condition: good Reason for selling: no longer need them Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: Though abyss 1266phi cc beats HD800 in terms of raw performance(resolution, dynamic, soundstage, etc) by quite a big margin by direct comparison, HD800 shines even more brightly at 1000aud price range with its great soundstage and imaging, the only headphone beats its soundstage and imaging is the abyss phi which costs 6999aud. It is no doubt the headphones with best highest price-performance ratio under 1000aud. Note that I have amended the original cable to XLR terminated. You may need an adapter. Near offer is welcomed. 6. Item: Gustard X20pro dual 9028 pro Location: ACT Price: 650AUD Item Condition: mint Reason for selling: got multiple dacs and any one of them is good enough for me. Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: It might be the dac with the highest price-performance ratio with dual 9028 pro and very good circuit design and top materials (weighs more than 7kg). And it is very very popular in Chinese Hifi Community.Honestly, I won't exaggerate that it beats much more expensive dacs. But its advantage is playing orchestral music and symphonies, the dynamics and soundstage is noticeably greater than many much expensive dacs. Vocal though sounds a bit thin. So if you like to listen symphonies, its price-performance ratio is really high. Mint condition, comes with all accessories. Selling it only beacause I have multiple dacs. 7. Item: SMSL D1 Dual 9038pro Location: ACT Price: 1400AUD ONO Item Condition: Almost Brand new, used less than 20 hours Reason for selling: accidently bought several dacs Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: SMSL D1 is one of the best performance dac under 2000 aud out there with dual 9038pro chip and great circuit design, especially isolated power unit. It is also one of best dac by measurements according to several reviews. https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/review-and-measurements-of-smsl-vmv-d1-dac.4375/ I really like its compact design(though still very heavy over 5kg). Sonically, it offers great resolution, dynamics as well as clean background. It is completely neutral. It also has lots of DSP features like tube mode or richer sound mode. It was used less than 20 hours, almost brand new and comes with all original accessories. Selling it only because I got multiple great dacs and any one of them is enough for me. 1299USD on amazon https://www.amazon.com/SMSL-Decoder-2ES9038PRO-Digital-Converter/dp/B07H7GWZHT Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
  8. Brand new 1899 at addicted to Audio. second hand 1100,not bad.
  9. Item: Fostex TH900 MK2 with Lawton Level 1 Mod Location:ACT Price: 1150 AUD+Postage Item Condition: Mint, No Scratch, No Paint drpp, Pads are in perfect condition, with all accessories and Fosted headphone stand Reason for selling: Funding for Stax 009 System and Hifiman Susvara Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: I have a collection of flagship headphones, but after listening Stax 009 system, I decide to Build one. (My collection includes Focal clear(sold), Sennheiser HD800(Sold), Sennheiser HD800S(sold),Beyer T1(my first hifi headphones, not going to sell them),Hifiman HE1000V2(Sold) and Fostex TH900 MK2). HD800s. For the TH900 MK2, High frequency is gorgeous, great for string music. With Lawton Level 1 mod installed($135 USD), mid range is richer and clearer, bass is always one of the best in dynamic headphones below 2500aud range. The 50mm bio-dynamic diaphragm offers even slightly better resolution than HD800 series(in serious listening comparison under same system). Soundstage is no doubt the best in closed back headphones and it sounds just like open back headphones. Bigger than Focal clear, like 80% of HD800 in terms of width. Easier to Drive than most flagships, performs pretty good in my A&K 240 portable player. My verdict: TH900 with Lawton mod stands comfortably in the same class of HD800s. It shines for music types like string music, pop, OST,ACG and female vocal while mainteins flag ship level performance in other types including symphonies. Pictures:

After that, they are in box and not used at all. Until recently he graduated and need to go back to China and when he clean his room, he find some treasure. hahaha!!! The condition is better than mine(sold)and most second-hand HD800, so there is a price increase. Absolutely No Paint drop, No Scratch and No pads problems. Pictures:
