hi @richardloh i also had a go with the etheregen thing. it is quite amazing what it does at the price. it achieves things similar to an install i had with an expensive lps for the modem (expensive power cord for lps as well and also isolation) and then expensive e/net cables. i use it for my TV and it did amazing things for voice clarity and picture quality of course. true clarity. i can hear things i have not been able to parse previously. does work nicer with nicer power and lps but v good with the one it comes with. a very special product overall i reckon. not many thin

relevant to abbas audio and forum sharing info - @MattyW thanks for sharing on here. On the strength of the pictures on ebay and being after something like that (sound quality orientated valve gear) I have stumped up for phono stage. looking forward to it. would never have found it without your mention i reckon.

should point out i have the original double box arrangement with all fittings manual, gloves etc. honestly the unit looks like new and so does the box etc.

Further information: Great pre I bought from Sean in Brisbane. Look it up but the PL-L followed the PL-P in around 2002 and was built for around 12 years straight. A very successful pre. Very precise, very high resolution. Volume and Balance dials actually move when you use the remote control (included). Nagra stuff is beautiful and high end but you can get involved at this price. hi. date number is 0230 which means it was built in 2002 and during the 30th week of the year. interestingly the other one i have is 0226 and so was built only 4 weeks before this one
