  1. Item: Linn Uphorik Phono Stage Location: Sydney Price: $2,450 Item Condition: Used (in excellent condition) Reason for selling: downsizing Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: I am selling my Linn Uphorik Phono Pre-amplifier which I have been using with my LP12 for the last few years. The unit is in excellent condition and is fully functional. The metal case is also in top condition without scratches or damages. Full original packing, power cords, manual are available. Uphorik is an outstanding photo stage selling for over $5,000 in Australia. It represents a breakthrough in standalone phono stage design offering separate dedicated inputs and circuits for MM and MC cartridges in either RCA or XLR connection. This unit will compliment perfectly to a Linn LP12 but will produce amazing sound with other top end turntable. It's MC section is especially sweet. There are plenty of reviews about the Uphorik in internet. I am happy to post anywhere in Australia at buyers cost. Happy to answer any questions about this unit. Pictures:
  2. I am now leaning on Krystal as I am also on Ittok VII
  3. Thanks every one. Great feedbacks here
  4. Oh yes. Arm is Ittok VII on my LP12; currently splitting between Krystal and XX-2. LP12 is mid-80's model pre Cirkus version.
  5. Hi I have been enjoying my Linn LP12 recently and am thinking about upgrading to either a Dynavector XX-2 or the Linn Krystal. They are both within my budget but struggling to decide. My music are mainly classical and jazz. I prefer neutral and analytical sounding play back perhaps with a tad of warmth. Anyone with experience with either cartridges on the LP12? Thanks in advance for the advice.
  6. Item: Reference 3a MM de Capo-i Location: Sydney Upper North Shore Price: $1,650 Item Condition: Used Reason for selling: These are my extra speakers that are no longer needed due to recent upgrade to a pair of floor standing speakers Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: I bought these famous Reference 3a 10 years ago and have been enjoying them with my 300B SET (or low power solid state). Due to their high efficiency, they sound beautifully with low power single end. The mid and high are very transparent. The speakers are still in very good condition and sound great. The piano finish looks like new without any scratches. A few of the speaker grill fixing pegs are missing but the speaker covers can still attach to the speakers. I usually listen without the speaker grills. Pictures:

    Hi from Sydney

Hello all, I am a new member from Sydney joining new group to learn and share. My Hi Fi journey started many years ago. I have been collecting CD's for many years and recently re-starting my journey on LP's (I had some when I was a teenager). I am a loyal user of Accuphase products. My speakers are B&W 802 and am very happy with my set up at the moment... but this hobby can be never ending with more, better, and there is so much knowledge involved. Happy to share my experience and learn from this group Stephen
