  1. Further information: Cambridge AUDIO CP2 MM/MC Phono Preamp for your consideration. Great inexpensive little phono pre. Decent soundstage, precise. Great reviews online. Used with a Rega Planar 3 with great results; selling because of upgrade. Maybe lacks a little power, compensates with great sound. Second owner, bought from a StereoNet member last year. Great condition, no scratches, functionally excellent of course. Little info from the web: - built-in balance control for fine correction of left- and right-channel cartridge output - acoustically damped full-metal chassis with thick, brushed aluminum front panel - discrete transistor input stages instead of I.C.s for greater dynamics and lower noise - single-ended 'Class A' gain stage with audiophile-grade passive RIAA equalization - defeatable subsonic filter to eliminate very low frequency 'rumble' - external power supply for reduced noise and interference - gain: 39dB(MM), 55dB(MC) - signal-to-noise ratio: greater then 86dB(MM), greater than 72dB(MC) - THD: less than 0.009%(MM), less than 0.002%(MC) (20-20,000 Hz) - RIAA response accuracy: ±0.3dB (20-50,000 Hz) with subsonic filter off - crosstalk at 20 kHz: greater than 83dB(MM), greater than 69dB(MC) A great buy for newcomers to the phono world. Various conditions - VG/VG+ on vinyl and covers (some are Excellent). Creedence and Jazz are doubles. Al Kooper has some background noise in places - I have a double (it's a strange and quite incredible record with a cover of One written by Harry Nilsson and made famous by Aimee Mann). All are $10 or 3 for $25. If anyone wants them all, please PM me. Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.

  8. Further information: Sealed copies of the famed Vinyl Me Please reissues of two classics. Vinyl Me Please Essential vinyl are coloured vinyl, they often come with an approved artwork and (I kid you not) a suggested cocktail to have whilst listening. The OutKast cover is particularly interesting - it's a mirror board jacket - you can pretty much see your reflection. VMP records are the best sounding records I own. OutKast- Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik - $55 (Orange) https://magazine.vinylmeplease.com/magazine/outkast-southernplayalistic-vinyl/ "the most important thing to note here is that this is the first-ever double LP reissue of this album; every previous vinyl version has been single LP, and had to cut skits or songs in order to make the whole album fit. This is the first time this has ever been out completely on vinyl, which is crazy to consider since this is the 25th anniversary. Took this long for the whole thing to be on vinyl. Alex Berenson, VMP Head of A&R: Totally. This one has similar to our previous Rap & Hip Hop records; was cut DMM at GZ, and sounds really great. It’s on a mirrorboard cover like the Phoenix release this month. We have it on multi-color orange galaxy vinyl." Sleater-Kinney - The Centre Won't Hold - $25 (Red) https://magazine.vinylmeplease.com/magazine/sleater-kinney-vinyl-me-please/ "Reflective of a time when our system’s flaws bubble to the surface more with each passing day, Sleater-Kinney’s ninth studio album The Center Won’t Hold eagerly busts open the surface and exposes the cracks, with a lyrical brilliance and sonic language that effortlessly morphs between brazen, chilling fervor and soft, urgent despair. Boasting Annie Clark’s (St. Vincent) first full-length production credit, it shocks, unapologetically taking up space in far more ways than one, and most unexpectedly, it gleams." OutKast is currently sold out. PM me if interested. Thanks. Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
  9. Further information: Sealed copies of the famed Vinyl Me Please reissues of two classics. Vinyl Me Please Essential vinyl are coloured vinyl, they come with an approved artwork and (I kid you not) a suggested cocktail to have whilst listening. The Soft Bulletin artwork is particularly interesting - it's a 3D, holographic version of the cover and I have mine on my office wall. They're the two best sounding records I own. Songs for the Deaf - Queens of the Stone Age - $75 (Translucent Red With Black Marble) https://magazine.vinylmeplease.com/magazine/vinyl-me-please-qotsa/ "Made in close collaboration with the Queens of the Stone Age, this new edition comes on coloured vinyl, and is pressed at Pallas from new lacquers cut by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering." The Soft Bulletin (20th anniversary edition) - The Flaming Lips - $60 (Yellow Mustard) https://magazine.vinylmeplease.com/magazine/flaming-lips-vinyl-me-please/ "Made in close collaboration with Wayne Coyne, this new edition comes on coloured vinyl, and is pressed from new lacquers cut by Ryan Smith at Sterling Sound, and comes with a lenticular cover insert. The art print was also picked by Wayne Coyne himself." Both are currently sold out. PM me if interested. Thanks. Photos: Advertisements without photos of the actual item will not be approved.
