I'd get a DVD played with Karaoke like the Sony 5 DISC DVD DVPNC66K http://www.sony.com.au/homecinema/catalog/...ategoryId=22035 They are about $150 and hold 5 discs. I use mine as a juke box, just load up 5 music CD's for a party mix. (it's not in my signature list as it's not hi-tech!)

I don't think so. It was there before I set my TV to "full pixel". They are thin white dashes, 2 or 3cm ling. I'll try to get a pic over the weekend.

I get annoying white dashes above some channels (0090 Sydney, Channel 9 HD) sometimes when I watch FTA HDTV on my 52XBR. The dashes aren't uniform and come and go, depending on the show and station, and appear just above the picture on the top left edge, running about 25% in. As they disappear when I switch channels to SD, I think they must be station related. Anyone have any ideas? I know this is slightly off-topic, but I figured this is where I'd find all the Bravia experts.
