  1. Thanks for the reply Quark. The projector is defiantely level (And not using any keystone) but is using both horizontal and vertical shift (Which I thought wouldnt effect image).
  2. Hi, Just setup my new Epson TW9200, and I noticed on the right side it is softer for text/ test pattern. When watching a movie it seems ok, but just wondering is this something that can be fixed or is it a fault of the lens. Also is it an option to possibly exchange if it cant be fixed? thanks
  3. Im interested if I can please know the price. Haven't had a projector for a few years now and keen to get back into it
  4. Mmmm, I had this problem when I first got mine. Can i ask, Is this your first new plasma coming from LCD? If so, then this is caused by the low frame rate of the game which an LCD will hide as a blur (as opposed to a jarring judder effect on plasma as it's response time is lightning fast) Due to the response time of the LCD. The way I figured this out was by hooking up my computer and running a game at 60fps, and guess what, silky smooth. Most xbox/ps3 games run at 30fps and this creates the judder. Try a 60fps game and you will notice no judder, but for other games you soon get used to it
  5. Jb website has it for $1498 http://www.jbhifi.com.au/tv-lcd-led-plasma/plasma/ Absolute bargain, and the $1300 looks achievable
  6. For sale "Jordan deluxe ultimate edition" on blu-ray brand new. It the hd version of the 5 disk collection released on DVD $40 include express post REGION A locked, hence the sale as I ordered without checking
  7. Hi, I ordered the new ultimate Jordan delux limited edition hoping it would be region free, but is region locked A. Happy to sell for $40 express post included, PM if interested
  8. I ended up ordering the starter pack from US eBay minus avatar and record 2 pairs for $200. They work fine with the Australian TV and are a major imprudent than the original glasses. The weight factor is 100% better and fit comfortably. As stated above they aren't perfect, as the originals have a bigger lens which is better and light seems to reflect on the shinny finish inside the top of the glasses, but I would strongly recommend a purchase. It's a good upgrade and I can't see myself using the old ones other than for guests who are over
  9. I am really impressed with amazon USA on a current order. I order items every few weeks, and most arrive 2 - 3 weeks. I had 1 which was due on 2nd December and still hadn't turned up by Christmas. I let them know on the 23rd, they said it was lost in mail and resent new package by courier at no extra charge which is due to arrive tomorrow. Funny thing is, the package arrived on the 24th..... Great service by Amazon though with the upgrade, I love shopping there!
  10. I know that recent buyers recieve the new model glasses with USB recharge by redemption, does anyone know if you import them that they will work on our Aussie model? I can't find any available to buy locally, so if anyone can recommend a local shop, or wants to sell there's from the redemption offer let me know, thanks
  11. I have imax dinosaurs and grand canyon if anyone is interested to swap. I'm after another IMAX movies or monsters v aliens
  12. Is there a way to turn 24p for 3d so it runs at 60? I noticed in the James Cameron preferred settings he has 24p film set to OFF, yet we only get 48 or 96
  13. Sorry for the late response, but items have been sold, thanks for your interest

  15. Go the 65" for sure, with last years model I bought the 58" and saved the money, but now have the 65" and I absolutely love it, great tv!
  16. Mate, it's definitely a pick up in store, but a bit tricky to find on the website. For details go to - panasonics website and make sure it's the full site, not mobile - click on "what's new" heading up the top - click on "promotions" - the details for redemption will be listed so print a copy and show them as it states to pick up in store Goodluck, it's a great tv, I only used it for a few days before heading off to Europe for 4 weeks, so something to look forward to upon return (typing from Bath, I really shouldn't be thinking of tv's
  17. Just noticed on panasonics website if you buy one of these you are eligible for a free bluray player and second pair of glasses. Picked mine up from bing lee in store, it's not by redemption
  18. Mine is on the wall looking fantastic. Interestingly the 65" vt20 is lighter than my old v10 58", uses only one layer of glass to cut weight. I can't wrap this tv enough, amazing picture and size. I'm sure some won't like it, but for me it's close to my reference monitor I use for my Sony ex1 film camera quality wise. Just finished making my short film for Tropfest which stars Paula Duncan, and the 1080p transfer is magic on the vt20!
  19. And WOW, the picture is beautiful. I purchased 58" v10 as the 65" was sold out, so I've been wanting it ever since. The picture is a noticable step up from the v10, and surprisingly lighter so it can go straight on the wall. The picture is brilliant for bluray and gaming, and the 3d is great, I just need my eyes to adjust as I have a 3d 50" there and I struggle to watch a whole movie. This screen is the best I've ever seen (having owned numerous top model lcds, plasmas and projectors, although never the well respected Kuro) and highly recommend it. I paid $5200 - I'm sure you can get it cheaper but I think it's worth the rrp so I'm happy, so check it out if you get the chance
