This unit is best for someone who is keen to start using the XMC-1’s great features (e.g. USB DAC, Dirac Live, excellent sonic performance) now, knowing that he/she will have the opportunity to upgrade to Atmos/DTS-X at a later stage (probably early/mid next year). The XMC-1 is still available for sale, can be auditioned in Newport.
