  4. Hi George, If I can find the time tomorrow, I’ll upload some images of the inside.
  5. I bought this from a fellow StereoNET member back in May of this year (2022). Solidly built by Phil @ Kustomdek Tasmania. Needs no introduction. Has a 12V trigger built in, too. Very handy. I want to use funds to put to another aspect of my set up. Happy to ship at buyers expense. Top photo is current. Others from original ad and seller.

  11. Further information: I literally bought these TWO babies in August from the Aussie Distributor. I inquired about them during a recent purchase of Starke Sound amplifiers and he had them in stock. They’re sold out in the US and there aren’t any on shore in OZ, so I decided to splash out and have a play with them during lockdown. I must say that for the price and such a small footprint these are INCREDIBLE. They really dig deep. Below 18 Hz deep! UNBELIEVABLE. Grab these while they’re hot. This ad is for two (YES, TWO!) 15 Inch powered subwoofers. They come with original double box packaging. NOTE: You’ll have to supply your own IEC (240V) cable as only the US power cable was supplied. Pickup is preferred but if you’d like them shipped, I’m happy to send them at your cost. Keep in mind that packed they weigh about 30Kg. For manufacturers specifications: https://www.starkesound.com/detail.html?id=55 For a recent review by Shane from Spare Change (Youtube) Affordable Infrasonic Bass.
  12. Further information: Great subwoofer. Articulate and fast. Ideal for a two-channel application. Performs admirably for home theatre, too. Purchased about 5 years ago and only one owner since new. Comes with remote as pictured. Light scratches and a few external scrapes. See images for illustration and colour scheme. The driver is in perfect nick and has that incredible Focal finish and design. Pick up a great sounding bargain! Donation to StereoNet if sold via this forum. Pick up is preferred. I can ship via Pack and Send at buyers’ expense. See link for further details and specifications https://www.focal.com/en/home-audio/high-fidelity-speakers/sopra/subwoofers/sw-1000-be Images below.

  20. Further information: I bought this as new-old stock about a year ago from https://www.smarthomes.com.au/ It has performed admirably and without issue. Updating to Atmos surround sound has demanded changes to my system. So, I bid farewell to this marvelous piece of amp! Ideal if you’re running a seven (7) channel setup plus subwoofer/s. It’d also work for height speakers (x4 or x6) in an atmos set up or even as a five (5) channel amp with two channels spare. I have enjoyed the sound of the Cary very much. The front sound stage has been accurate and wide and the imaging in the rears has been so wonderfully deceptive that it has made me question the need for height channels. It provides such a vast soundscape! What can I say? Upgraditis…it’s a sickness. Will I ever reach absolute satisfaction with this hobby? Here are a couple of good reviews: https://hometheaterreview.com/cary-audio-design-model-7125-power-amplifier-reviewed/ https://www.soundandvision.com/preampprocessors/cary_audio_cinema_11a_surround_processor_and_model_7125_amplifier I no longer have the original box. The manual, which includes specifications, is available in PDF format via the manufacturer’s website link below: https://www.caryaudio.com/product-support/model-7-125/ This item weighs just shy of 25 kg, so pick up is preferred. I’m happy to deliver it personally if you live within about 100 km of postcode 3064, now that I can drive further than 5 km from my home again! Hehehehe. Photos of the actual item while turned on are included below. Stock photos are for reference. The front Cary logo can be run bright, dim or off altogether by toggling the switch at the back. I’m not venturing to pull this beast out of my rack unless it’s sold or until I have a replacement! Donation to the amazing stereonet forum, if sold here. Love this space! Photos:
  21. Ah. Fair enough. I hope to hear one at some stage. It’s an expensive hobby for us enthusiasts. Hehehehe.
