  1. Sorry that item is sold out. http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/Team-Associated-Factory-Team-500000-cst-RC-Silicone-Diff-Oil-2oz-Bottle-AS5463-/332097061448?nav=SEARCH Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
  2. I did this on a sony tt so I'm not sure on the specifics for your deck. I dismantled the lifter/cue mechanism, cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol, and regreased with the 500000 Cst RC Diff grease from ebay http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/131773174725 Sorry I'm currently away from home so have no pictures Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
  3. I cleaned mine out and replaced the grease with 500,000 Cst silicon grease I bought from the RC model shop. Good as new Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
  4. Nothing worse than a tight female socket... Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
  5. Give it a spray with deoxit or a contact cleaner Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
  6. Its really nice. Thanks again for everyones help. Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
  7. Any other useful mods tp the JH? The superflimsy platter and weak motor limit it a bit. On the positive side, I've put the Grace F8 from this arm onto my SL-23 and WOW! I havent heard such clean detailed natural sound before. Granted I'm a bit of a newb to quality gear, but still. Im very impressed Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
  8. Whats a reasonable price? Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
  9. It WORKED!! Thanks for your help, its sitting almost perfectly still with the strobo disc now and sounds much better. Couldnt notice the bump from the join at all either. I really appreciate the suggestion Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk

  11. Well for 8 bux, I'll give it a try, isolate which size belt will get me the right speed, then see if I can find a seamless one for the long term. Thanks heaps for the detailed explanations, makes sense
  12. Awesome, thanks Skippy. With the Teac A170, Marantz 1030, and some stuff for the AU101, I should be able to make 60 bux easy.
  13. Well, this might change my approach. Ill do a test with dental floss abd xhexk the speed, might be time to blow another 50 bux on a thinner belt lol Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
  14. Theres quite a few on the bay, are there any known fakes getting round on there? Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk
