My parents still have a very similar Sanyo 4 channel system plus 4 speakers of similar layout and vintage, down to the non working turntable. Main difference is ours has a separate JVC external CD4 decoder, whereas yours appears to be built in, and we only have one CD4 record! An interesting proposition for fans of old school surround sound. Good luck with the sale.

It's a shame this unit like all the newer Yamahas (and most other AVRs) doesn't have multi channel analogue inputs. Otherwise I would have been all over this like a rash. Good luck with the sale. I have one and wouldn't dare sell it. Apart from a Pioneer model that is around $5k, there isn't really anything that can replace it. If these things had not up gone up in value I'd probably buy another as a spare. Good luck with the sale.
