@tdz just out of curiosity, when did you get the tubes from Upscale Audio? They have a disclaimer when you go to the website now saying they don't sell tubes outside of the USA as they are chasing sales further on from tube sales. They have some good stuff there. It is a pity it is not available to us lot down under.

I really like my Elegia's and have been running them with both my McIntosh MHA50 and Dragonfly Red using Tidal. I have just started researching the open backs. Thanks for the info. I am trying to get a listen to some open backs on days off starting Thursday as I work shift. The timing for this sale of yours is a little out for me. GLWTS. You will love the closed backs for sure.

Apologies for any previous comments but what would you need to drive these awesome speakers? What kind of pre-amp and amp/s would be considered worthy of making these fantastic creatures come to life? Cheers Chris
