  1. I know I post good deals sometimes on the classifieds, but never deals that are THAT good. And besides, paying in crypto is sooooo 2014. Marc? Headphones? PLEASE.
  2. Further information: My loved iBASSO DX160. Open to trades for another DAP, or a portable DAC, or happy to sell. (Mainly looking for a DAP with Spotify compatibility please!) Comes with original box/accessories/manuals etc. Photos: PLEASE READ If you include any reference to pricing whatsoever in this section (excluding RRP), your ad will not be approved If you are advertising multiple items, you must post one bulk price only, or post seperate ads for each item If you don't include photographs of the actual item being so
  3. Further information: Something a little more... unusual. 3D Binaural recording headphones from Sennheiser. Lightning port only (I don't believe they have any Android compatibility, happy to be proven wrong) Price includes shipping. I have two pairs for sale, one is (strangely) missing a bit of foam from the packaging, but are unused. 4. Further information: Loved these, owned since release, used a handful of times for comparisons. I also owned the original PX as well, these were the fancy new and upgraded version with carbon fibre bits and pieces, and upgraded drivers. Seriously solid and great sounding pair of bluetooth headphones, with all the noise cancelling fun bits as well. Free postage Australia wide. 5. Further information: Clearing out some of my older/unused headphones. Free postage Australia wide, same day dispatch. These are neat; unique closed-back headphones from Sennheiser that I believe were discontinued a few years ago. Adjustable bass dial on one side! 6. Bam, you resolved it. I had a rogue file, and the log helped me catch it. Thank you. Now I'm in business.
  7. I think you're right, it's not my network, it's probably a poor/corrupted file and Roon may have a strange way of handling it. I've determined this by completely wiping Roon and all database from the computer. Then when re-adding my music back in, Roon cracks it. I'll have to add each folder back, one by one, to see which one is the culprit. Windows 10 Core i7-7700 CPU NVIDIA GTX 1080 GPU 16GB RAM NVME SSD All fairly standard stuff.
  8. My first experience with Roon has been... let's say, a little unsettling. I signed up for a trial, eagerly checked which of my devices were compatible, downloaded the software, went through the process to set up a "Roon core" on my PC, and after enabling a few Roon devices on my network, the app crashed and then refused to open. - Restarted PC - Uninstalled/reinstalled - Graphics drivers are up to date - No firewall/antivirus software getting in the way - reinstalling the software leads to the same result I'm suspecting that there is a
  9. New toys: Audio-Technica ATH W1000Z. Huge fan of these already. My new reference for closed-back headphones.
  10. Despite constantly being on sale, the HD800S RRP is $2599 usually, which should always be taken in consideration when making a comparison. But it's hard to ignore the fact that it's often on sale (like it is right now), and reduced to almost match this new T1.3. At this pricepoint, it turns into a preference game. The signature of the HD800S matches my taste more closely, as the T1 didn't bite quite as hard up top. The T1 hits a bit harder, has more slam down low, but is darker. The HD800S has more depth and texture, and a wider soundstage. I re
  11. Agreed - just fyi, the review already includes a comparison to the HD800S. Regardless, thanks for the feedback!
  12. Thanks, good catch. Got the model numbers mixed up. Sorry, I'm unable to compare them directly to the 2nd get T1 and T5 as I didn't have them onhand. Sadly in COVID times, it's a bit difficult for me to pop down to my local store for a demo, which is what I'd usually do!
  13. Further information: Used a handful of times. Battery still in very good condition. Selling to free up funds for other goodies. Price includes postage (flat rate) Australia wide. Comes with box and I'll throw in a USB C OTG adapter. PLEASE READ If you are advertising multiple items, you must post one bulk price only, or post seperate ads for each item If you include any reference to pricing whatsoever in this section (excluding RRP), your ad will not be approved If you don't include photographs of
